I have a Bachmann train.

The track is...

E-Z Track

HO 18"R 30 degrees.

Would the trains you have work on my track? (I just started collecting and I don't know if it would.

@TheAZJacob I think the sharpest curve on this layout is around 20" radius. Some of the longer passenger cars have problems with it, but everything else is okay. 18" radius is sharp, but you should be okay if you stick with short locomotives and freight cars.

@TheAZJacob Yep. 4-axle locomotives and 40-foot freight cars should be able to handle it. Also watch the train length, sharp curves don't like long trains.

I really loved the mixed passenger train in the latter half of the video. It really screams "This is a Santa Fe Branchline." Nicely done. :)

I like the era that he chose for the layout. I have a model train layout too that is HO scale, my dad gave me his Santa Fe F-Unit that he bought in the late 70's. Check out my new video to see it, I will post a video response. Your MRC sounds so good, mine sounds horrible.

how big is it and how do u get the sound of the loco

The layout room is probably 12' by 20' and the layout runs along the walls. The sound is from a stationary sound unit mounted under the layout. I think it was made by MRC.
