I am a pharmacist that works in new york, and i deal with these patients on a daily basis, the govt often provides free treatment of suboxone/subutex to patients serious about quitting. Russia has always been a cruel and heartless regime and nothing has changed

Russia refuses to allow the prescribing of any substitute medication for addiction -no methadone, no subutex. Why? Because the savage cruel bastards know that without methadone clinics addicts are up to 20x more likely to die -then they aren't responsible for them any more.

Average people have no power to create an air political greatness because they are REAL.
They were shocked when me as an Aussie (something unknown) told some very cool Estonians we were drinking with that our scene was what they would see in Russia - but agreed that this makes logical sense.
Some nice Europeans said Russians have no soul, lol. Did they mean more generous and straight forward?
