OMGosh, this is so the truth. I couldn't get into law school because I am so vocal about the court corruption that I worked with and witnessed as a Paralegal. Law schools don't want students who will stir the pot, or students who are honest. Law students have no clue what they are getting in to. Once they are there, they cannot get out because they have school loans. Unless you lie, cheat, and steal, you will not succeed in the courtroom and will be forced to work in public service, or teaching.
'no one is more than one false accusation from prison.' - Ten words pretty much sums up an entire ten page paper i wrote for a comparative government class.
this is very good! these practices will never change unless the public really pushes back, especially since the right to call a special grand jury in order to remove a corrupt judge has been almost entirely pulled away from the public. check out stopcourtcorruption on facebook

Ever hear the phrase "I wouldn't wish this on my enemy"?The exceptions to this phrase is when it comes to a prosecutor, clerk magistrate,or judge.I pray I'm called for jury duty in a case which includes a judge, prosecutor,DA,or cop as a plaintiff or defendant. You can call me prejudiced against those bastards(and I'll take that as a complement),but if I get my way,I'd have them get the death penalty even for a crime they didn't commit. And yes,I'd let their killers go free.Corruption breads hate.
By the way, everything in this video comes from personal experience as a litigant or observer, in Bexar County, Texas. Not as an intern. An internship would have to be highly compressed for Jennifer to have learned that much from it, but "intern" works better than "young lawyer after a few years of practice". I have also found even worse corruption in other states and in the federal courts.
I have gotten reactions from a number of lawyers on this one. Some are shocked, and some don't believe it -- initially. Then have asked a few older lawyers and gotten confirmation, and become shocked as well. The fact that so much of this comes as new to so many lawyers shows how much remains to be done. This one could go viral if enough of you click on the "Like" button. You might want to view the other videos in muy channel and "Like" them as well. And of course, please visit constitution org
It will some to that again. That's just the way we people roll. A lawful way to attack official corruption is through a LAWFUL grand jury of the people. 99% of American juries and grand juries are NOT LAWFUL, they are mock juries. You must learn the law to understand why that is. See countygrandjury-DOT-org, 1215-DOT-org, and williamduff-DOT-com for info.
The appellate court is just as dirty as the lower courts. I witnessed unbelieveable corruption at the appellate level.

wow, that covers almost everything !
establishment, cabal, elite ... have all the bases covered.
Shorter and more to the point is Larken Rose's vid on youtube
about right to rob you.

'... I HOPE IT WILL NOT COME DOWN TO THIS AGAIN '.
The closing final line regarding exposing corruption. Seems to me that riots and protests ARE the only way that this will be exposed.
