Jim, if I was looking for a house in your sales territory, I'd hire you immediately! It's one thing to buy a house with a couple of known problems in it. It's an entirely different story if there are known defects, and you weren't told about them before buying the house!
The first house was much better in spite of that orange room. However, the second one had a pool.

Blessed by the ice cream truck gods, it's going to sell for sure. BTW IMO 15K difference accounts for the pool.

I doubt many of us are here to view a commercial, the world is full of people trying to sell us things.
