Sorry, I really did not like your interpretation of this piece. For starters, the dynamic range was horrible. Loud and louder. You completely disregarded a couple of Gershwin's dynamic markings and to be honest, it hurt my ears.

Some of the embellishments were really off. The triplets of the main theme were way to fast and the swing on the theme at ~8:00 on part one was just cheesy.

You're extremely gifted on the technical side, but your modifications don't fit this piece.

This is a really wonderful arrangement! Some of the sections are better than Gershwin's version--much more pianistic, playable. You do away with parts of unnecessary difficulty and come up with better solutions! (like 3:45) Can I please have the sheet music? Let me know, and I'll send you my e-mail in a message. Man, when I was searching for a Rhapsody in Blue piano cover on youtube, I didn't expect to find one of such quality.

Your version fits my ideal of this song, you did every single sound as I wanted to hear it, and I certainly know that playing Gershwin is hard work, and won't please everyone. But as I see in your comments, everyone seems to enjoy YOUR interpretation, which is truly amazing.

I like it even more than Gershwin's version himself, so yeah, thank you for the music. It made my day.
