@hannah0fan0ky pricipitation is rain, snow, sleet, hail, and stuff that comes from the clouds and it could be anything. if its cold enough it will be snow if its warm it will be rain. do you understand it how i explained it if not ask me again. :)

@Fox250R yeah i know thats the same thing im wishing for cuz i live there. look most of the other winter outlooks including my say that we get below average temps and above average snow and precipitation, what do you think that means, ''SNOW''. although best thing to do is wait and see as winter approaches.

After all that rain, even that hurricane we had this summer, and as a result, from all that rain, I expect our winter to be effect by having more than above average snowfall.
