@justwow13 I'm not sure, but this guy had a roll of receipts that he'd printed.

He had the Wal-mart vest, and was lurking around the machines.

Even if Wal-mart allows someone to run their own recycling operation, I don't think he was making money since he was probably short changing himself on the transactions. It was weird.

@CroGamer002.....Because some stores treat their workers just absolutely terrible....and also a lot of the reason why Walmart is cheap is because they use incredibly cheap labor overseas....so basically slave labor....and probably much more other things I don't know about...this is terrible....but truthfully, I still shop there.
