  • I soooo badly wish there was a systema dojo in Denver

  • I think it reflects badly on the system that they are punching each others solar plexus like that.

  • Great sport

  • Dear All the People Discrediting Systema,

Fight someone in the Speznas, and post the result to youtube.

    I'llbe waiting...

  • man.. the human anotomy, physics, pressure points, leverage, the science behind each reaction of the strike is amazing

    Perfect!

  • what is the name of the first song pls?

  • These techniques make no sense well over half of the moves would NEVER work on the street especially against someone twice your size. People don't realize that stuff like 1:22 never happens, if a someone steps toward you with two feet then A. there punch is going to be unbelievably slow and weak and B. when hit like that instinctively your response is to brace yourself. There are other examples as well 1:19 for example no one goes down by grabbing there neck. No one. The list goes on and on.

  • @SuperLilboss in systema there is no real techniques, just hit soft points to destroy someones base, like muscles and then use those seconds that the opponent uses for the recovery of that specific muscle is used to take out the opponent.

  • What should I do when my opponent isn't actor and friend?

  • 3:23 -.-

  • @r3ftch plastic knife, obviously

  • Heres a old russian saying thats "the russian has a very big back" soo that may take into acount how this fighting techniqe was made and performed

  • I too thought that Systema looked like a joke. So I went and trained for 6 months in the art. I have to say ultimately it wasn't for me, but this system like all other martial arts, is effective with years of training.

  • hy guys. I just want to say, everybody who thinks Systema is fake, is 1st Wrong and 2nd probably never trained any martial art ever. Im in Krav Maga (which is offtenly mocked ) and i know how hard it is to train even for a P1 level. Thing about Systema is, it goes much much deeper than it seems so. Its not just about your stamina or strenght or your technique, but also your faith and inner energy. Fighting a Systema fighter is extremly hard, they kind a draw your focus and energy out.

  • @kreutzfeld86 as your Krav Maga experience has probably shown you, an effective - especially, military - system is first of all simple. You can't send your troops to a monastery to train for 20 years.

If any system claims to 1) be a military product and 2) run deep, it's a very sound argument in support of the "fake" theory in and of itself.

And then you see some of the prominent Systema people teaching no-contact knockouts...

  • @ennot Ryabko says his system is a refinement of what was taught in the military. It is based on it. He also added elements of older traditional arts.

  • @recshooter hm.. let's see. Here's Kadochnikov himself, demonstrating the no-contact BS watch?v=xwtFPERKpHg. That was supposed to be the original. And Ryabko says he refined that?

I wonder. Just what exactly makes people believe these guys at all? You come in, you see a guy who says he'll teach you a great system. You've never seen the guy fight anybody who's anybody. You've never seen his students fight anybody who's anybody.

What is there except a pretty story?

  • @ennot Kadochnikov has nothing to do (as far as I know) with Ryabko Systema. He is not "the original". If you look around, even here on youtube, you will find many old pre-Soviet Russian martial art systems. To my knowledge, Ryabko has never claimed a connection to Kadoc. nor has Kadoc. claimed one to Ryabko. I'm certainly no expert, but there are many different styles that seem to pre-date Kadochnikov. example: watch?v=bgxoaL8i6yo

  • @ennot "never seen the guy fight anybody who's anybody"-- by that I'm sure you mean MMA champ etc.

    1. This leads to the age old sport vs combat question. You can look through my comments to figure that out.

    2. Vasiliev, Ryabko, and others have an open door policy on challenges. They are very easy to find. How come we don't have a vid of "anybody who's anybody" teaching them a lesson?

    3. Should I go down to my local SWAT team and ask them what paintball teams they have defeated?

  • @recshooter you're turning the issue on its head a bit. Here's the question that anybody should ask and get answered before joining any kind of school, MA or not - how do I know this guy is the real deal?

How do you know Vasiliev and Ryabko are a real deal? All you have to go on is their own words. Doesn't that sound a bell?

  • @ennot "How do you know Vasiliev and Ryabko are a real deal?" How do you not know? "All you have to go on is their own words." See answer #2 "Vasiliev, Ryabko, and others have an open door policy on challenges. They are very easy to find...."

  • @recshooter I would want them to prove themselves in at least some way before I pay them to train with them, not wait for somebody from the outside who has no business going around debunking fakes to walk in and pick up a fight. But to each its own. People routinely believe in stranger things than this

  • @ennot and how should they prove themselves?

  • @recshooter the SWAT argument deserves its own answer.

solders train to fight, but rarely have to fight. The difference between a rookie and a vet is not in their training, but exactly in that the vet has his skills tested and adjusted by the real thing. And we know how much more a vet is worth, in any field, combat included.

Since we can not fight people for real in MA, sport matches are the only other alternative we have. Like democracy, bad, but there is no better

  • @ennot "Since we can not fight people for real in MA, sport matches are the only other alternative we have"

Since SWAT teams can not shoot people for real in training, paintball matches are the only other alternative they have. To determine if you have a competent SWAT team you need to know who they have defeated in competition. How is my statement inconsistent with what you are telling me?

  • whats the name of the song at the beggining !!!!????

  • What is the essence of that technique at 2:12?

  • whats the beginning song ?

  • Just because Mikhail is fat, it doesn't mean your grandma or any other relatives can beat him! Steven Seagal is fat as well, but I bet your kickboxing teacher can't stand more than 3 minutes against him. Systema is pretty cool. I practiced Aikido and Karate professionally and I have Muay Thai experience as well. Right now, I'm either going back to Aikido or I'm gonna start Systema or maybe Krav Maga.

  • @ashamsinej there's a certain difference between having more or less of a gut - like Sigal or even Oyama - and been just generally fat and totally out of shape.

  • these r just practices look up sysema in real combat or sumthing and then open ur big mouths

  • I don't know much about systema nor its effectiveness. These demos though are not realistic. They look cool, but are far from realism. I'm pretty sure if you practice well you can become lethal, but I don't know how long that would take either for systema.

  • All the masters of Systema in one video.

    A real pleasure =)

  • If you think this is fake then you are extremely close-minded. I trained in BJJ, some Muay Thai and Capoeira... Aikido is most relevant to Systema, but Systema is definitely the best, deepest, most intense martial art I've trained in. Love to Mikhail Vasilyevich and Vlad!

  • 0:46 is probably the most epic fall I've ever seen. Even the hat falls off dramatically.

  • 1:11 is a little dramatic

  • Don't argue with the people who trash the art. I highly doubt they have ever gone to an actual seminar. Because if they had, they would have a different opinion.

  • @SniperKingz Good advice. These MMA fanboys watch TV and think they are Grand Masters so they go around trashing anything that doesn't look like MMA. MMA is a sport. Systema is a combat system for real combat survival.

  • some viewers seem to forget ALL teachers have a "..few cards stacked up their sleeve.."..meaning they don't show / reveal everything they know..so don't underestimate them :)

  • every repeat EVERY system is like a driver's licence ..it only takes you "..so far..".. but it still beats not being prepared / trained at all...

Besides like my 81 year old mother would say: if it saves only ONE innocent life it has been worth it..

  • hehehehe...hey guys..pratice first....them you can take your conclusions...

  • @CloudsBeyond why should this be a joke? I dont think that the russian gouvernment spend a lot of money for a joke. This guys have surved army and were in real fight situations so i think they have more experience than anyone else. Every technique has its advantages and disadvantages its easy to oversimplify. @recshooter thx for uploading this video and for sharing great martial arts techniques!

  • its not realy guys...

  • Just watched an instructing video.

The fundementals of Systema (twisting joints, mostly wrists and elbows) are very effective in close combat, also to "follow" the others moves makes your twisting better. The physical training also looked good.

But, some of their techniques for taking down an enemy are made with the tips of the fingers! That doesn't make any sense at all! And in many scenes the opponents throws themselves and their weapons on the ground! Can someone explain this to me? Why?

  • I dare that guy to go and call Colonel Ryabko ''fat'' in real life. His room of spetsnaz trainees would probably jump him

  • would these guys stand up to the mma fighters thesedays?

i mean, i know there strong and what they can do is ridiculous but would it make them able to fight someone who is stronger and has more stamina than themselves?

  • Listen carefully:

Systema - Is not martial art. It is self defence system which was created under soviet system to educate mass without longterm training. Sambo wasn't martial art too. Sambo means self-defence without arms

  • Systema = casually beating people up

  • the two guys that apear more often are at Master Rank, THEY can do it like THIS... SYSTEMA FOCUSES on the VITAL POINTS system, that's everywhere in our body

  • Nice Video

Do you know the name of the music at the beginnning? The one with the bells?

I am looking for it since I have heard it on Vladimir's first videos

  • im a marine in SOC and i cross trained in LA with a systema teacher for awhile. there form is amazing. im twice the size and strength as my teacher and he can flip me around like its cool.

  • recently ive tried systema at a local gym and honestly it was really pointless. it may work against someone who is cooperating with you but in a real life situation it would most likely get you seriously injured or killed

  • im glad i saw this

  • We are learning some systema at my krav maga class this week :) looking forward to it

  • @NukedKrav it probably sucked im sorry but it looks rlly fake systema

  • 0:50 OMG ! hahahaha

  • why is it then that our instincts tell us we should fight like boxers ? because its most effective.. look at 00:47 that's just ridiculous

  • Systema is like a JOKE system, like a sketch on Saturday Night Live or something. Anyone thinking Systema is a truly effective system for the street has no real experience of combat, & certainly does not practice against a resisting (really resisting opponent). Some of Systema tecniques are so impractical & laughable if you saw them in a kung fu movie you'd be like 'come on that's ridiculous'. Modern Systema was created basically to con very gullible Americans & Europeans!

  • @CloudsBeyond hnnh. have you ever taken a punch from a practitioner of systema? i have. its no joke, if you dont know how to take punches and breathe you're doomed. please read more and try to use that brain of yours and fill it with more knowledge before you comment. why would a cold war superpower teach its special forces this if it was made to con people?

    cheers.

  • @CloudsBeyond The two top guys (and many others) have had an open door policy on challenges for years. If it were all a joke it would be really easy to go discredit the top guys and bring the house of cards down. No video has surfaced of them being "schooled" to my knowledge.

  • @recshooter pleaseeeeeeee! Your Grandma could beat Mikhail. Who would want to go beat up some fat guy that isn't very fast either then boast as if it meant anything? Sadly people are going to try this BS in life or death situations and get killed! Modern Systema is like Commando Krav Maga (Moni Aizik) a made up system with very tall claims.

  • @CloudsBeyond Too easy eh? Well just think of all the misguided people you could help with a video like that. Aren't you concerned with them?

  • @CloudsBeyond There´s a reason why they teached spetsnaz systema...

  • @CloudsBeyond allrigth, probe it, go fight the fat guy end post the video. Then i gonna belive you

  • @CloudsBeyond he is fat because he dealed weight as a youngster, mate :)

  • @CloudsBeyond you obviously have NO CLUE what you're talking about. But whatever... lol

  • @CloudsBeyond it's funny because spetsnaz use it.

  • @CloudsBeyond

    hey listen CloudsBeyond.

You can send an email to either Mikhail. You know he accepts open invitations huh?

You can come from anywhere in the world, practice any kind of martial arts and he'll accept your challenge.

Please upload a video of you beating Mikhail.

  • @CloudsBeyond Words are cheap, Training is truth. Cross train if you want your words to mean anything.

  • @CloudsBeyond Aha, just because you cant seem to grasp this VERY EFFECTIVE combat system doesnt make it a joke. It is just one of the three systems derived from combat sambo. I've trained in krav maga for 3 years with my countries military, and can personally back up its "tall" claims. Get off the computer, and into the gym.

  • @CloudsBeyond Systema shares principles with internal martial arts. The focus is on conserving and transmitting momentum and kinetic energy, so you look at drills and think, "That doesn't look like a real fight at all."

But who uses speed bag drills in a real fight? Is the speed bag worthless as a training tool? It is PART of the training approach.

  • @CloudsBeyond The falling-down subjects in Systema do resemble the compliant uke in aikido demos. But in either case, it's no joke when someone uses your momentum to throw you over their shoulder. When a non-compliant opponent resists, the fighter will switch techniques to go with the resistance instead.

The trick is in bridging from concept drills to free fighting. How often can most people enter deeply enough in a real bout or street fight to do a shoulder throw? It's very hard.

  • @CloudsBeyond tell that to the Spetnaz

  • no offense @CloudsBeyond, but due to the lack of concrete reviews, could you perhaps show us why it doesn't work? Maybe make a video in which you take on and systematically beat a systema practioner?

  • @CloudsBeyond I'm sure your intelligence is superior to that of spetsnaz on this matter

  • @CloudsBeyond Tell that to the Spetznaz

  • @CloudsBeyond Are there any videos of a Systema skeptic challanging and failing?

  • I have seen many of the clips on you tube demoing systema. and read all the posts. and having trained in various martil arts for over three decades I can say that although systema appears to be very effective in its approach it does seem that it would have a steep learning curve

  • @1969jmac not really. it depends on the person actually. ive been learning it from videos and checking the concepts i learned and the techniques i got from those concepts with the instructor that lent me the discs--hes trained with vladimir. systema might be harder for some cuz they cant wrap their heads around abstract concepts, but thats okay. everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses.

  • @sAmZy1993 I think you are absolutely correct about abstract concepts. It is so different from the straight forward technique based martial arts that everyone is used to.

  • @recshooter thanks lol, i personally dislike forms and katas, so systema really intrigued me. partly cuz im lazy and partly cuz i dont get the point of repeating a move of dubious effectiveness over and over again. systema teaches you to react at any point in time from any part of your body in a totally relaxed manner, just based on the concepts and drills they have. much more fluid and interesting.

  • @sAmZy1993 I have a theory about the original meaning of traditional forms and katas. I think they might have been building blocks or "training wheels" to help people understand Systema-like concepts; Examples to be discarded when they understood the higher concept. If you read many of the old "master's" writings they talk about formlessness at higher levels of their given art. I think it is possible that eventually people couldn't see the forest (formlessness) because of the trees (forms).

  • @recshooter yes, forms are just ways of recording moves, proper comabt should be more fluid and natural. without following a set "combo" or whatever ^^ systema is already doing that at the start. mindblowing, man.

  • I thought krav maga was the best! Now I think system is

  • @brozac1011 a systema guy came to the gym i take krav at and showed us some of the things they do in it alot of its very similiar except systema they are constantly moving

  • @Darkmatter28031 so all of those "touching stuff" work like in 2:18,4:47 and those solar plexus punches

  • this is kindergarden training for russians!!

  • These Russians are so cool, calm and collected

  • Thumbs up if you get the "Learn to Breath" reference!

  • how can i learn this?

  • @BryceFilmz goto russia and become a spetnaz

  • kolo nie do wyjebania:)

  • Oh you think it's fake now, I'm been doing this and wrestling for years, trust me, it's all real, PAINFULLY real. It's also non-physical, I have never done anything that relaxing. It works too, I won so many more matches in wrestling because of this.

  • Kinda violating a golden rule at 3:00, "Never try to disarm by going through the four fingers, rather pull to the index and thumb"... but then again, who am I to say it is right or wrong. Good video.

  • Soundtrack credits please? : )

  • This was a great experience to view what i just saw...and I liked every bit of it...awesome techniques ...you or I should say I can see easily that this is for real and thats that...thank you

  • excellent

  • haha where can i learn how to do this!?!

  • @Dancingstar0204 in russia

  • what is the song which starts 1:51 please ???

  • @recshooter Hey just wanted to say thanks for your unbiased, thoughtful responses. Very true, MMA is based on rules and regulations. And to the people who watch this and say its fake. Well thats because they are running DEMOS. Now if they threw the same moves with authority a much different result would occur. I personally train everyday in Hapkido, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, and boxing. And can honestly say that fighting one of these guys wouldnt be a easy matter.

  • @headbusta25 thanks ..@ 4:56 is something that is not a demo

  • @headbusta25 hey i noticed u said sumthing about doing hapkido and i wuz just wondering is it anything like /watch?v=hLbjpRFI3YA or nothing like that plz write back

  • I have yet to see a video of systema that could even come close to convincing me that these "non physical" techniques are legitimate. The joint control, pressure point application, and striking is believable... but when "non physical" techniques are added, the martial art becomes laughable. If you want to learn realistic, street applicable techniques, learn Gracie Jiu Jitsu.

  • @mutesassault I'm not sure that wearing a GI and having mats strapped to your back are "applicable" in realistic confrontations :) Besides, if you end up on the ground and the guy pulls a knife (or gun?) and uses it on you before you apply your arm bar technique, what then? Maybe his buddies are also running up behind you (get ready to get booted in the head). Fine for 1-on-1 sport fighting... but for the street? I'd think twice about that.

  • would be cool to train this next to krav maga

  • Boss move @ 0:45

  • Grandmaster Victor Fu saw (& videotaped) Systema guys at a co-seminar in Bamberg, Germany. He concludes that this is equivalent to BaGuaZhang, and has nothing but respect. I saw his video tape and couldn't breathe just watching it.

  • I got hit like that while sparring once - downward thrust just below the sternum. I went to my knees for a second, and then let out this weird bellow. It was like it made my diaphragm go into spasm. Some of those moves look a lot like what we learned in shaolin kung fu.

  • 3:22 xDD

  • I would much rather watch this type of "UFC" than the mainstream stuff.... SO much better...

  • One of my best friends at school knows this, I am glad i'm on his good side.

  • Can i ask the main song in this clip? I can't find it in posted clips, but i like it. BTW video is like: "the best of the best" :-) thx.

  • @rosparovac If you are talking about the one with the bells ringing..I have no idea what its called

  • @recshooter No i mean main theme witch starts at 1:45.

  • @rosparovac Learn to breathe by Thousand Foot Krutch

  • @recshooter THX :-)

  • Anyone can drop someone twice their size with a solid punch to the solar plexus.

  • From my different takes on several martial arts, Systema has to be the most effective in my opinion hands down. The movement focuses on a lot of relaxation and smooth breathing that really makes your attacks more unexpected and stronger. On the videos it may look fake, but I swear to you right now people who say it is fake. Go to a class, and your opinion will change I promise you it will.

  • this is a bit like krav maga, but russian style.

  • one of them looks like charlie sheen

  • @VITALIJ0607 Wow, Vladimir Vasiliev DOES look a lot like him.

  • @AwfulPun yes i also thought so

  • The only problem I would have with this system is it looks very complex, I perfer the basic movements and natural reaction based techniques used in Krav Maga. Other than that I really like MuayThai =)

  • Mikhail Ryabko(big guy in the blue/black shirt) seems to pack quite a punch.

  • This is SICK! Why don't they use this stuff in the UFC?

  • the guy in the yellow shirt is hard as nails

  • @infernogamers

The guy in yellow shirt was a student of a fat guy in black one

  • Fish Face at 5:12 LOL

  • 5:38 FAIL! :D

  • Why the guy Put the knife in the black guy Eye, So not Cool, but besides that, Im gonna Go learn This And come back And Get That guy!

  • I had to keep repeating 1:51 xDD amazing techniques!!!

  • This is incredible! Never seen a guy so calm as he knocks the wind out of a guy.

  • The fat guy is beast.

  • I took it for a year but did not achieve much. It is like when you are running and somebody trips you. You are going to fall. When someone is coming at you and you realize what they are going to do you meet them at a vital point like the throat!

It works and it can be very damaging. Do you actually do the move and maim your students or do you let them display the idea. Thats how I see it.

  • I am open minded about all martial arts and while it looks too easy i believe its possible dows anyone know what you need to train in order to preform such feats?

  • yes good system ))) хорошая система

4:12 or he knows some special points on the human body - or does it have something other than just the usual physical shock

  • i will tutorials

  • 0:20 the guy misses the door handle haha

  • I'm wondering... I live out in a little town and if I put it this way, we don't even got people teaching karate or judo up here. Is it possible to learn by a video or something like that?

  • I'm wondering... I live out in a little town and if I put it this way, we don't even got people teaching karate or judo up here. Is it possible to learn by a video or something like that? I've read about Systema not using specific types of arm locks or punches and such.

  • Seeing this for the first time in my life just watching makes me realize it looks "easier" and more powerful and more effective than Krav Maga. I am really impressed and hope on finding a Systema group in my area to get a taste of it!

  • @freeflowfirst its not easy krav isnt either its almost the same concept of being effective with the least amount of time wasted its just a different expression

  • from time to time I come back to watch this video for the one-handed swipe at 2:02, and each time it blows my mind. I just do not understand how that works.

  • Poor japanese....if they're not recieving a punch an inch away from Bruce Lee, they're recieving one from a russian instead

  • 2:39 вот она -дружба народов...

  • would love to see ISRAELI KRAV MAGA vs. RUSSIAN SYSTEMA!! THAT WOULD BE A MATCH!!!!!!!!!

  • I used to get angry at the ignorant comments that are ever present on Systema vids. But now I just laugh at people. They are so ignorant and eager to judge something by its initial apperances or what others say that they miss out on learning what I have found to likley be the most deadly and complete martial art/fighting system on the face of the planet. Go to ur local Systema group and try it; it will blow ur mind and make u eat a massive slice of humble pie

  • @ginjaninja1988 Every once in a while I still pick up the gauntlet and try to explain what is going on. I used to think it was fake too so if I see earnest questions I try to help out. Since the explosion of mma in to the mainstream I am amazed at how many martial art experts there are now.

  • @recshooter whose the guy sir at @3:36. he is very skilled

  • @Trinieffects Sergei something...I don't remember his last name.

  • @recshooter Hi, I've got an earnest question! In your opinion, if a systema fighter went through the prerequisite body conditioning and then faced off against an MMA fighter (say, kickboxing+BJJ) who d'you think would win? (Assume that instead of points or decision this match is judged solely on tapout or knockout)

  • @qwertyuiop298 The short answer is who knows? The long answer is Systema isn't really designed as sport. People think that is a cheap way of saying that it's "too deadly", but that's not what I mean. Systema is taught as a comprehensive self defense system for real life. How to escape from multiple attackers, armed opponents, using weapons, fighting from disadvantages, protecting someone, defending yourself sitting at a desk, inside a car etc etc etc. MMA is about winning a match with rules.

  • @recshooter That's a pretty sensible answer I suppose (Such a rarity on Youtube :)! So you're saying in the street (a real no holds barred fight to the death) a Systema practioner would have the edge?

  • @qwertyuiop298 The thing is that sports will always be inferior in a self defense situation to martial arts. I also don't see why they would fight in the first place. Mikhail Ryabiko made a speech on systema, and being a good person. And systema to be used as a last result, not because someone told you that you're an idiot.

  • @qwertyuiop298 alot depends on the person, do they have weapons, is there more than one attacker, do you need to only escape, are you sitting down, etc etc? Many times we think of a 'fight' as, "ok let's step outside, just you and me with fists, and settle this". MMA will train you amazingly well for that type of occurrence. Anything that diverges from that specific situation you have to adapt to it instantly. Systema covers the previous situation and also many many others.

  • @ginjaninja1988 but Systema is useless against a giant planet devouring robot, so there's no point practising it.

  • @ginjaninja1988 Tbh m8 ive never done Systema but i just find it unrealistic that these "Taps" knock ppl down ect It looks like somthin thats just rehearsed or somthin imo but hey i cud be wrong but my logic is if a full force punch cant knock someone out how do these little "taps" drop someone just doesnt make sense to me.

  • @ginjaninja1988 Humble pie can only be served to the close minded and arrogant, a humble open person is simply served education.

  • NAME OF THE SECOND SONG IS: "Thousand Foot Krutch - Learn To Breathe"

    Enjoy

  • People don't collapse when their pressure points are struck lightly without being under the influence of extreme suggestion. Sure, hypnosis could be seen as a form of "martial art", but in the purely physical arena, it is mysticism. What if I don't care about the amazing legacy of the Russian Warrior and his triumphant orthodox destiny? Can I still learn? I'll bet money the answer is no going out the door, since I'm not suggestible enough for a "demo"! lol..any takers? Judo Sambo 4 life!

  • @kern0099 Everyone in this video and many systema instructors have an open door policy on challenges.

It is not just about pressure points, it is about breaking the opponents structure. You certainly are NOT required to care anything about, "the amazing legacy of the Russian Warrior and his triumphant orthodox destiny" to train.

  • @kern0099 go a seminar and tell them that ;D

  • @kern0099 go to a systema class, You will see how effective this style is. i do it myself and i can tell you a judo master has no chance against a systema master. and yes people can collapse when hit like that you just need to learn how to do it.

  • whats the name of the second song?

  • Perth Systema has conveniently moved to a place near my house! Cant wait 1.5 years till im 18 !!!

  • are those pressure point strikes?

  • I want to learn it now! wow!

  • I got a serious question to someone who knows more about these Systema techniques then me. I see this video and there are some parts I just dont believe or that just dont impress me. Some stuff looks a little "faked" (dont get me wrong: of course this video is faked and not a real fight). Is this what Systema is about? Is it really that effective compared to e.g. Krav Maga? And are these techniques all real techniques?

  • @DerTeke

Systema don't have techniques.Principle you learn how to take down person, how to brake arm etc.

Most part of this video is practice for something else not true trening because of that u think that is fake. Without explanation this is useless to watch if you trying to learn or see something

System is very effective you learn how to fight without technique you learn how to think, in final you don't think you just act and defend yourself because thinking is slowing you and is making fear

  • @DerTeke

  • This seems coool =)

  • Are awesome

  • SPETSNAZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Please name of 2nd song please
