  • If I were Chris, I would lift the headphone away from his ear and shout at the top of my voice "I CALL!"

  • Chris pwned his ass

  • money maker called his bluff because he got the tell he was looking for. at 00:52 Captain Headphones says "pretty quickly about 5 minutes ago". He was trying to convince moneymaker that he had a strong hand and easily wanted to go all in. Which of course is asign of weakness. Strong hands want to appeaar weak. Weak hands want to appear strong.

  • I've seen this same thing happen before, and the floor man was called to run the clock, but the floorman didn't know who he was calling the clock on. He was just timing the 60 seconds because the dealer called him over. The guy that called the clock on the other guy ended up calling the clock on himself because it was really his turn---so then he lost the hand, rather than winning it. Boy, was that a strange situation I have never seen before!

  • The dealer has to toss the 'all in' chip in front of the player that is all-in, so that the sky cameras can see what is going on. This also helps the other player to see that his opponent is all-in, without all of the chips being moved to the center.

  • FAIL BLUFF

  • It's WSOP on WPT

  • Only a DICKHEAD wears headphones like that at a poker table....but sadly there are no shortage of DICKHEADS in the world...

  • Well it was oficialy captain headphones turn to act , obviously the dealer or moneymaker didn't here him say all in either did i. But still being his turn to act and he said i went all in the hand was played in the correct manner .

  • Nice call but Moneymaker, took him no time at all...

  • The dealer didn't know, and didn't say anything to Moneymaker, and the kid didn't move his chips.

    Rookies......

  • @BlackDynamiteNYC Yeah, he's just PrimordialAA, one of the best HUSNG players. I doubt that because he's an online player he doesnt know how to act at a poker table. could have happened to anyone.

  • Strangest?????????????? I thought someone died... This kind of thing happens all the time...

Please change the name of this video to "PAY ATTENTION PLAYERS!!!"

  • Captain Headphones lawl. funny shit.

  • hardly the strangest incident ever was it....

  • lol indeed.

  • this was the dirtiest angle shoot ever

  • @cbbbbbb1 sorry what?

  • Yeah, this is the WSOP not WPT, just fyi.

  • i thought that was awesome haha

  • diik heded player wif the hedfones lool

  • ITS FUNNY HOW HE TOOK 5MIN TO CALL 8k CHIPS, BUT TOOK HIM 5sec TO CALL THIS ALL IN !LOL!

  • @ContempoREX watch the video again.......this time pay attention!!!

Are you the guy Moneymaker is playing here? LOL

  • @ContempoREX

the way your mind processes the information the video delivers is really funny

  • @ContempoREX

You're not very bright are you?

  • @igotsachubby I played this guy online and I clearly remembers him. We all know there is a lot of idiots online but this one is the worst by far. The king of IDIOTS is the least I can say about him.

  • @ContempoREX You're that guy that never gets jokes, or always asks what's going on in movies huh?

  • @ContempoREX Dude! Stop embarrassing yourself by showing everybody how dumb you are. Making it capital letters is even worst, it's like wearing a big neon sign over your head saying "hey look I'm stupid"

  • are you allowed to wear headphones? couldn't they think you were cheating somehow?

  • @010hlong How?

  • @QuellicheilMarza maybe, they have someone speaking in their ear, telling the what cards the other players have, if they're watching T.V. they could tell 'em, I dunno something like that

  • @010hlong pretty sure its not live

  • i wonder what pellegrino had, im guessing QJ or KQ for the ol two overs and a gutshot

  • Does chris have to show his hand to win the pot after his opponent mucks?

  • @nejtilsvampe No, he doesn't have to show if the other player mucks.

  • @verve44 he does

  • I think he was angle shooting. Seems such a fishy chain of events. He mucked before moneymaker even turned his hand over.

  • In the end, it's the dealer's responsibility to keep track of the action on the table. If she didn't hear the "all-in", it never happened, so the action was still on Captain Headphones.

  • @cicholdebannan In many cases, its not the dealer's responsibility for the action. For example, when a player after you acts out of turn, its the player who was skipped who has the responsibility to stop any further action. If they don't their hand is dead. It happened to me when 3 guys snap folded out of turn and I had not acted yet, when I had the nuts. The floor man called my hand dead. I thought it was not fair, but they said its the player's responsibility, not the dealers.

  • @1stPlaceDirector Honestly, I think that's the floor man's wrong call. When the players start policing the table rules, i.e. saying "Hey, you acted out of turn, it's my turn!", that's when table arguments and fights break out - a case of too many cooks, so to speak. There needs to be one person in charge of the table, and when the floor man is not immediately at the table, then that responsibility falls to the dealer.

  • @cicholdebannan I agree that the dealer 'should' be in charge, but that simply is not the way things work at most casinos. I play in LA at all the big casinos and they all are the same way. Dealers are more concerned with their tips and getting through their shifts--not worrying about protecting player's investments. We have hundreds of dollars at stake hand after hand and they don't care. It's ultimately up to us, unfortunately. I like dealer that runs the table-rare to find.

  • @CLK50000

i think thats the case in the US, i think all dealers over there are awful from my experience, however in the UK and through Europe the standard is much much higher.

Of course this is due to the difference in volume of dealers required in the US compared to England

  • @cicholdebannan "Captain Headphones". Lol. Good one.

  • soo he kinda had a chance to pull back his stupid all in cause no one heard it lol

  • Comment removed

  • i dont think he went allin... i think he just said that he did so his bluff looks more credible (he was bluffing)

  • @zooMZooMlikeATyphOOn that and so he can make everyone feel stupid

  • this is a wsop video not wpt

  • remembers me at Moneymaker vs Chan & Lederer lol

    can c it on youtube

  • really sweet call there though lol so many hands have him beat

  • @jamesma87 if u hear what hes saying then not

  • really? no one found that as a really good call?

  • That guy with the headphones is a liar and got away with it.

  • "when did u go all in then?" - "pretty quickly" LOL I wonder if thats a bluff ._.

  • this is a fairly unstrange poker incident, fake title.com

  • the info needs changed to WSOP from WPT 2010

  • awkward momment !!!

  • I had this same thing happen to me at a casino.. i went all in quick after his raise and this douche with headphones sat and sat then called clock on "me" but it was his turn.. If you cant tell whats going on in a game then pull the headphones off!

  • @Irishace27 Why not just tell the guy that it's his turn? Poker players never miss an opportunity to try to get someone on tilt by exploiting a mistake rather than do their best to keep the game honest and straightforward. Bad attitude.

  • I think a tell here is that Pellegrino comes off as irritated and impatient. If he had been cool and calm it would have looked like he had a stronger hand. Regardless of how he acted, I'm sure Moneymaker would have called anyway...

  • Pellegrino your a faggot

  • Pellegrino.... you fail.

  • DONK

  • Pelligrino is a total douche dick.

  • i love his last name

  • wow never seen that happen before

  • @2seconds2long It's not that unusual. Not common, but it happens. I have seen players even call the clock on themselves to force himself to make a decision. I saw once when a guy called a clock on the other guy when it was his turn and the dealer did nothing to inform the guy otherwise and when the clock ran out, his hand was deemed dead and boy was he pissed.

  • stick some chips in the middle when u go all in... hence, all in?

  • @klu501 Agreed

Y asi termina.

  • @thebloddyzorrow gracias bro

  • about a 0% chance Primo would angleshoot here, he's a good dude.

  • Was this a table of 2?

  • Kudos for creative angleshoot. Although I disrespect angleshots.

  • that was pretty strange. at this house game i play this woman strokes my leg then calls all in for 50 pounds which is a lot in this game with queen two then beats me....

  • @CFCwillyb did it 'rub you the wrong way'? lol. hope you got a happy ending later...

  • Why this Headphone Idiot doesnt fold there hahaha

  • in my opinion that was an angle shoot

  • He didn't go all-in, neither the dealer or Chris heard him, and his chips wern't pushed forword.

  • this is why you ues a buton that says all-in for the person that says all in.

  • i think headphones was pulling an angle on him....who knows tho

  • His double chin.... I... I... I just can't stand it

  • take your headphones off dil weed

  • what happened please??

  • Epic level if it had of worked

  • LOL, the dealer even said she never heard an all in.

  • I dont know if it was a terrible bluff, I didnt see the whole hand. I dont know if it was an angle or he announced it I didnt see that part. I do know that there was an error made by the dealer at the end of that hand. If anyone is all in on the river both of those hands MUST be shown. I dont like the rule but that is the rule. The reason for it is to protect against chip dumping.

  • Even to comentators thought the action was on Pellegrino.

  • The guy spent 5 minutes trying to figure out how to bluff moneymaker out of it, and he figured that no one takes 5 minutes to bluff so he came up with this.

  • @cathey127 Thats exactly what I was thinking

  • take ur big stupid headphones off and u might know whats going on

  • @beanaldo BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM

  • communication on the table goes via dealer and that should be the only way. in this case, if dealer didnt hear, you never said it.

  • He was just so pissed off he called. Probably folds if hears him go all in originally

  • who wants to fight me!

  • @gayisrave if your a girl

    Me

    in the bed

  • He didn't push his chips because he never went all in. He was full of shit -- it was an angle shoot. And a failed one.

  • @terracottapie Worst angle shoot of all time, though I've seen many awful attempts in cash games. I don't respect guys like this turd with headphones that don't play the right way.

  • @dodgerguy1981 there is no right or wrong way to play poker.

  • Only in his mind did he go all in...what are they listening to on those headphones? Must be distracting him from the table.

  • Fuck ''Moneymaker''.

  • Some of the blame has to fall on the dealer. The dealer should have made the Chris aware that he was all-in.

  • @mikeusat The dealer didn't hear it, because he never said it. He is full of shit, it was an angle shoot. He waited until Moneymaker got fed up, then pretended he had already acted.

  • ok, so they didnt realize who's turn it was... not all that strange. Pretty fucking lame.

  • Pretty sure this isn't the WPT

    Just sayin.

  • @Mr5Minutes jeah it isnt i thi nk the coimentator's sounds like loan mc eachron ( hope it is right writen) and he is talking about the main event. so i think is wsop

  • @Mr5Minutes lol, it's the World Poker Tour Series of Poker World Series of Poker Tour WSOP/WPT Series Tour.

    WPTSPWSPTWSOPWPTST

  • Moneymaker is really "thinking" player.

He probably thinks smth like - "If he is lucky I lose. If he is not lucky I win." Man, its help me to win ME. How can guy that talks about how much time he spent on improving his skills, say things like "If you got lucky, you got lucky" Nice analysis though..

  • @girlie347 if both players muck who wins the pot????

  • Comment removed

  • @KEYSTONE2COVEC the person who mucked last

  • Hilarious!

He's sitting there thinking to himself, "don't give him a tell. don't move. don't breathe... fuck this guy's taking forever to call my all-in... I can't hold out much longer. wtf is he doing pacing around like that... it's been five minutes of sitting here like a frickin' statue.

"I'm gonna have to call the clock..."

"WTF? I'm all-in! I was going to call the clock!"

  • @Assimilate71 Hahaha!

  • I guess he used some kind of sign language to express his all-in. How come he was the only one that knew he went all in? I smell bullshit.

  • @Rickypr18 agreed. i think it was some kind of strange angleshoot

  • you've been sitting here pacing, putting your feet up. while im trying to cheat you out of a hand.

  • highpulse poker use code 050576 for free cash not long left

  • You know you are a good player when you say "I call, If you got lucky, you got lucky". LOL

  • Hmm...did Moneymaker have to show his hand after the other guy folded his or could he have mucked and taken the pot uncontested because he was the only remaining player in the hand?

  • @mattyh50 in tournament poker you still have to show at showdown to win the pot, even if the other one mucks

  • @girlie347 Thanks for the info

  • How the hell is this an angle shoot? what possible advantage is he getting by doing this? when your shooting an angle, your trying to give yourself the advantage, what advantage does this kid now have by saying he went all in? chris is still gonna call if he thinks hes good and fold if he doesnt, he gets no advantage what so ever.

  • haha that kid couldve kept his chips if he kept his mouth shut

  • I agree with ppl saying the guy was trying to angle shoot. No way nobody heard him go all in.

  • lol

  • pellegrino has the worst fucking bluff strategy i've ever seen

  • @MrTahhmatee The whole hand isn't even revealed so you based that on absolutely nothing.

  • @WaspSnG i based it on the video i just saw mate

  • @MrTahhmatee The video gives insight on a 5 card board, two players with closed cards, a bet and an all in. There's no information about how the hand went preflop, on the flop and on the turn, how Pellegrino had been playing, how Moneymaker had been playing etc. There is no information to work with, deciding if this is a bad bluff or not. What makes a bluff good is the line a player takes when playing a hand and we don't have that information, so yeah... you based it on nothing.

  • I love how some people here say "terrible bluff" based just on the river action and nothing ese.

  • @TomMolivan technically you can consider this a terrible bluff, the guy's voice is shaky, and he's talking too much. isn't this a tell, i mean look at this, moneymaker is getting killed by so much on this board. any 8, 44,77,J9,96,65. He's basically got a bluff catcher here, and when he realized the guy was all in maybe 30seconds to make his decision

  • @TomMolivan

    rule #1 dont bluff fish

  • Tell me when to go....tell me when to go....TELL ME TO GOOOOOOOOOO

  • This kid was 100% trying to angle shoot, but the funny thing is that he angle shot himself. There is no way that the dealer and the entire table would be unaware of the all-in. The kid gave his angle shot away too with his body language, and the necessity to mention that he moved all-in "pretty quickly." Nice pick off by Moneymaker...

  • @BiggyBollocks how exactly is this an angle shoot???

  • The kid tried to shoot an angle and Chris sacked up and put the guy in the toilet. Bravo.

  • I would KILL to have the name 'Moneymaker.' How fitting!

  • He should have taken the chance to take back his all in. What a fool.

  • the strangest 1 was the dealer who mucked AA from that lady in the WSOP 2010? after she said all in :')

  • @darraghk1989 lol wtf, how could open tank 5-10 min and THEN jam v someone who OBV has some kind of marginal SD value POSSIBLY be a good play? And therefore how could it possibly be an angle? ask moneymaker if he thought I was angling, doucchhhheeee ;P L2P homie

  • haha fwiw this was me in the video... not at ALL an angleshoot, I know Chris really well, then, and now, we had been planning to go play foosball for $1-2k / game on dinner break (this was land hand before dinner), got in this pot, I jammed the river, he did ALL the things I expected a TV pro to do while in the tank (pace, shuffle chips, turn chair around, etc), thought he was soaking up TV time, so I let him, turns out he didn't hear me. Fwiw though would be the worst angle shoot ever. so yea..

  • @Synt4x44 your an idiot

  • @darraghk1989 This is always one of my favourite type of youtube comments. Calling someone an idiot while simultaneously exuding their own grammatical deficiencies. It's "you're", not your. You have to learn sometime!

  • @kmvoss yes and youtube wouldnt be the same without the arseholes like you who feel the need to correct the tiniest of details just to feel abit smart. This is youtube man not an english exam get a fuckin life loser!!!

  • @darraghk1989 I wouldn't have corrected anything if you weren't calling someone out for their own intellectual deficiency. Sounds like I hit a nerve.

  • @kmvoss go make some friends you freak sounds like you need some.

  • @darraghk1989 Calm down. If you are so sensitive to people on youtube, I can't imagine how fragile your ego is in real life. I helped you and you know it.

  • @kmvoss ok im done talkin to you now I have a life to live so im gonna go live it, but you enjoy correct ppl on youtube and wankin on redtube hahaha

  • @kmvoss LMAO!

  • @kmvoss lemoparty. org just about kicks it

  • This has actually happened to me late stage in a €3,000 event. Bloody awkward I tell you :p

  • wat a fuckin idiot

  • I think it was a move from Pellegrino, dont think he went all in early in the hand but desided to use it as a move.

  • LOL Donkaments :P

  • moneymaker at his best

  • This was clearly an angle shoot attempt

  • if he had let floor come over then let the clock expire chris would lose. next time dont say anything when action isnt on u

  • @mike978508 and if u have the nuts ?

  • @mike978508 then say its on chris. but pelligrino was bluffing shouldve
