Theres hypocrits and liars in every race and religion, but yea most South Asian and Middle Eastern families like to run their daughter's lives. It has nothing to do with Religion because the girl has the right to chose if she wants to get married and who she wants to get married to. Pakistanis and Afghans are worse of all.

if this was a mexican also, no one would have cared....exactly i agree with you 1000000%....i can bet you money that the family has offered to pay for the costs or they probably have already paid for the search and no one will say anything to the public...this woman was smart, she knew what she was doing...thats why SHE didnt call the police herself...
