Ron Paul, is OK. Not great, but OK. His near slavish adherence to the Constitution is somewhat of a turn off, and advocating putting choices to the states (which would be just localizing a federal government) when they should rightly be the individuals choices.

Thats a ridiculous statement, of course you can have any amount of government you may want. This is especially true if you set out to do just that, and put checks and balances in your constitution. Power will always seek more power, so how can you prevent that? Well it was theoretically easy, set up different branches of power that would fight one another, all with limited terms of power and all beholden to the people.
We've lost some ground there, but the original theme is still valid.

Ron Paul, is OK. Not great, but OK. His near slavish adherence to the Constitution is somewhat of a turn off, and advocating putting choices to the states (which would be just localizing a federal government) when they should rightly be the individuals choices.

I estimate that the 30,000 Ron Paul videos on YouTube have been viewed 28 million times. I counted the views on the top 1,000 Ron Paul videos by hand, and came up with 13 million views. By other estimating means it seems conservative to estimate that the next 29,000 videos have been viewed 500 times each on average, yielding another 15 million views. That's a total of 28 million views. By the way, I'll be driving 800 miles to get to Ames, Iowa for the CRITICAL August 11 Iowa Straw Poll.

How? 1) Republicans/Democrats need competition for our votes; dissolve the 2 party control & consider third party candidates. 2) Notify, Presidential Candidates their promises & words will not win votes. Make them win your vote, by standing "Today," before Nancy Pelosi, Congress & the Senate to demand the will of the people be heard. Impeach Bush now. Start removing troops thereafter.

3) write "WHO IS RON PAUL?" or "RON PAUL R3VOLUTION" on your back windshield
If 200 people/day see it, that's 50,000 people by the time of primaries! If 5,000 Ron Paul supporters do this, that's 250,000,000 people exposed to his name by primaries! Dr. Paul's only challenge at this point is not Giuliani or Romney, but exposure to the general populace, so let's get it done!

He is all about restoring personal liberty from government. What about personal liberty from microsoft, and their personal back door in all of our operating systems? What about personal liberty from google and other search engines which record our every move and never throw away their records? This is what I see as the true purpose of government - taking part in a system of checks and balances between the populace, the government, and conscienceless businesses.

Corporations can be held in check through the enforcement of contracts. Google has a privacy policy that is a contract between itself and you; if they violate their own contract by betraying your privacy you'd have the right to sue, because a Ron Paul government pledges to protect rights to life, liberty, and -property-.

In my opinion, if Google was going to violate our privacy and give away our private emails to teh governnmentttt, they wouldn't do it by violating their terms of use; they'd manage it by building some legalistic loophole into their privacy policy.

Look at the '04 elections - Kerry **WON** but they stole it away with Ohio's vote fraud. Kerry just gave up even though he had the electoral vote hands down. Do you know WHY? It's because he was a shill candidate, George Bush's cousin and fellow Skull & Bone member. It was meant to go to bush no matter what.

As far as I know (I haven't looked at Obama much, I'll admit) Obama is not concerned about monetary reform or limiting federal government. Ron Paul is the best choice for our nation.

I think Ron Paul is a conservative candidate that will be picked if Barrack Obama wins. Barrack Obama is seen as a person who will bring change for the good, and Ron Paul would be the opposition as a white man who wants to change for the good. So if this happens conservatives will win (due to racism in america) with Ron Paul as the conservative candidate
