if i were to give a list of the cards i have in my green black deck, could sum one mayb tell me which cards r not really important or useless and even make suggestion on which cards might provide a better game
the first deck i bought was black but the first deck i built was an artifact deck and im fixing it, now it has 67 cards should i still have the 22 lands? and the 67 is with everything added up even the lands
what do you think about mixing card colors? ive done it before but i have enough good cards of each color to make 5 really good decks, so is it worth mixing colors or is it preference?

I didn't want to buy a theme deck then waste money on boosters only to find I had little or no cards that would compliment my deck.
only advice i have is start with a 1 color deck. fire is easiest i found to start with, i play all out offense blue/green and white/green life gain deck.

well my first day i bought a deck i bough an extra booster, i got sharkham ( or however the FUCK you spell the name) heck i didnt know what the hell it was so i traded it for other 30 boosters ( seriously, the dude wanted the card ) and i open one of them boosters and i get a card jsut as rare ( another 15 boosters )

idk if i agree with you , good points but if ur start DONT buy singles buy a premade deck play it for a week or 2 see if u like the game1st then once u find out wat color u like then start buying singles for those cards
I build around a theme... Not just Creature type.. .Though I did make awesome Goblin, Elf, and Zombie decks... I go with feels... for instance My zombie deck makes you feel like your fighting zombies... With tons of "Return creature from Graveyard into hand/play" I also made Decks with a theme that is silly... My red black deck is a Land destroyer... most every spell destroys lands leaving the enemy manaless
hahaha so im just curious. ive never built a deck with more then 20 land...and they always work. never had an issue with land coming into play. i have a vampire deck right now with i believe 16 land. and the combos just roll. haha so is that weird for me to have that much land?
my first deck was a goblin deck. . . i traded from my friend for Fable 2. i'm still tweaking it and trying to make it better but i did pwn 2 of my friends at the same time with it. :D
i bought a starter deck, the invading spawn deck from the rise of the eldrazi set, and i find it to be a good deck i tweaked it around to my liking and its pretty IMO even though i am a new player
i use black and red with a few green and blue cards slapped in there, i have a few shimmering grottos, and islands and a forest but i was wondering any cards that i should definitely pick up?
@MrRocknsocks If you're just starting out, it's probably best to work with fewer colours in a deck. I would recommend slimming down to no more than three.
update 20 lands is the best format now
