My impression is there will be a lot of similar products with variable ability to induce latent 'myofibrobalsts' to work. The real breakthrough actually will come with stem cells, for breast tissue and skin
That reads poorly talented. Vavelta® is a suspension of human dermal fibroblasts (HDFs) made for injection into the skin. You know that fibroblasts (building blocks) are responsible for the production of collagen and work on the same principle as Isolagen®
You are absolutely correct. We treated 420 patients with a non responder rate of less than 5%. My impression remains that poorly trained or talented doctors spoiled this product for the rest of us and hence made it commercially non-viable.
Isolagen is up to Phase III wrinkle studies and Phase II/III acne study, with the FDA and has appointed Dr. Jeanne Novak as present clinical and regulatory advisor.
as on 8th November 2006, Isolagen Inc. announced the closure of Isolagen Europe Ltd. which affected approximately 80 positions in London, 21 from the Hammersmith management office, and 59 from the European manufacturing plant in Park Royal.
As of this point in time, no future treatments involving the Isolagen® process, (including re-treatment of existing patients) will be scheduled, and the company is not accepting any new biopsies for patients.
This process looks very promising! Let's cross our fingers... Would you like me to send you any stray skin cells from those crossed fingers? lol (I love the idea of the body repairing the body, instead of using foreign materials)

Have you seen the video on YouTube of actress Emma Samms on the TV show Loose Women?
She talks about her use of Isolagen to look so young. She's 47 years old in the clip, but she looks 27!!!! It's amazing.
Just do a search for this video using the words EMMA SAMMS LOOSE WOMEN.
She has the facial contours of someone in their 20's.
Can Isolagen Therapy be used for augmenting lost facial VOLUME... the way Sculptra or Fat-Grafting does?

I've watched documentaries where Isolagen was used to treat burns victims. It is nothing short of a minor miracle.

Thanks for this.
Between Isolagen and Vavelta, we can use bio-science to rejuvenate the face.
