@MrSpanglersean This is a very common problem on Convertibles. No need to replace the entire brushroll, as this can be expensive, but just replace the bearings.

@vacuumlover1 It wasnt out, but loose. I fixed it and did another vid 5 minutes after this one. They both work now.
