It's a great idea for manufactures to implement and make purses with lights already in them. It's a neat, practical invention that would probably sell very well, but hardly anyone would go through all that trouble and expense themselves to gather all the materials and tools necessary, plus take the time to learn the steps to make one of these things and then figure out a way to rip the lining of the purse without damaging it and sawing it back together. Way too much work!
