What tires should I get for my Honda recon 250 2" lift I ride 60% trails and 40% mud

@thomastrevormud3 There are several tires that would do what you need. I would take a look at the GBC Dirt Devil, Interco Reptile, Kenda Bear Claw, and these ITP Mud Lites. These are just a few. There are several more tires that would work.

@ZachManZ71 They might fit but it would be close. I would stick with a 26 inch if you are worried about rubbing.

do the mud lite ats not let nails in becuz i have workers at the end of my street and they leave tons of nails out so i dont want to ride down there if they can go through

@76milksnake Mud lites are durable tires but if you hit a nail just right it will puncture this tire. Any tire can be punctured if you hit it just right.

@XxNUGGETxX34 Both are great tires. Mud Lites are a little more aggressive. Bear Claws are a little more all purpose.

@gonepriused This tire is great but if you have issues with getting punctures where you ride i would suggest finding another tire with tread closer together and maybe an 8 ply. Check out the ITP bajacross, GBC Grim Reaper & GBC Dirt Commander tires.

I have a tire size of 22-10-10 would i be alright with the 22-11-10 its only a inch wider?

@npredrider Yes the 22-11-10 will fit on your rim just fine. I would just double check the clearance on your atv to make sure you can put a little wider tire on there without it rubbing. You should be fine.

@the11recon250 They should hold up about the same. If you are mostly driving on pavement or hard packed I'd probably go with the bear claw.

@wwwpureoffroadcom ive had these on the front of my 85 250 honda and they wear very good and i do alot of ridin on the hardtop and dirt and everywhere else that i can put the ole honda

You'll get about the same wear out of either tire.

@the11recon250 They are about the same. The Super Lights are just cheaper because they don't have the popular brand name like ITP.
