What makes it even worse is I swapped a 350 in it too and they believe that its the AMC 304 >_<

Hey, it's a good thing your around to tell people what there vehicles are, because the vin number means nothing, and a title is just a piece of paper that comes with the suggested year on it, not an actual certified, documented year from the state. The same state that the vehicle is registered and insured in. But im glad you're an expert.

Yeah, somebody couldn't just replace the front clip from an 88+ Blazer or Suburban and retrofit it onto a 75 because the body style wasn't the same from 73 to 87.

It's a 1975 according to the video, but the clip has to be from an 88 or newer Chevy crew cab pickup, K5, or Suburban.
