Well i play that game long time ago and was one of my favs. You're playing on nightmare which is pretty hard. I would recommend they anders and his healing spells Panacea regroup and aid allies. For the rogues brand is very useful for bosses or a huge enemy have the precision tree all updated even if u use daggers only.

I beat it on Normal, Hard on all 3 classes
but game was so easy using actual tactic weren't really needed
I do use Anders toward second, third act

Qunari are sensible to ice or electricity. And u should use Anders with his group healing and rise dead or something
