Ocean Wave Wig - It seems like the first 2 inches or so of hair from the root is straight hair and then gets curly. Does those inches curl when you wet it or do they stay straight?

And I am the bold diva who could pull it off; however, I would add two different shades darker to it so it would have three shades of blond, caramels, and hint of chocalate undertone.
