3) Carve out so you only have the picture, and save where you can find it

4) Go to tineye.com, [select file] and navigate to your picture

5) WTF?! IT CAN'T FIND THE FULL SCALE PICTURE!?

6) This doesn't happen often, but this method can be used on most videos with pictures
