  • @PilotUTA Correct. No massage. But massage functions never do much for me anyway. I was perfectly comfortable without the message capability.

    HOWEVER, the most annoying thing about these new seats (United has them too): the headphone jack is the old-fashioned dual prong connector. And they don't offer/sell adapters on board.
