Because your machine is too far down on specs, i didnt know there wasa 3 gig athlon XP, so id think you must mean a 3000XP, which was only about 2.08 or 2.16 ghz, and its a very old Socket A cpu, youll really struggle with it.
Next the 6800 ULTRA, is it AGP? Id say if youre running socket A, it would have to be.
As an idea, i have a Athlon 64 4000 with 2 gigs of DDR 400, and a 9600GT video card, and i can only just run it well. Any less and id have issues.
