Olbermann is not play god, judge, or jury. He is the prosecutor presenting a argument after presenting us with a number of facts in previous segments of his show... WE ARE THE JURY. We who have half a brain and are capable of thinking for ourselves.

As far as "death panels' go, theres no such thing. When my mother was dying of cancer, we did have end of life counseling that was, thank god, covered under her insurance. we talked about hospice care, pain medication and whether or not to continue chemo when it wasn't working anymore. we chose hospice care, not because i wanted my mother to die, but becuz her time remaining i wanted it to be spent w/out her being in pain. doesn't sound like a death panel to me....
