I think his latest album is a bit darker, there are more slower songs (I See You, Rain, By The Time, Pick Up Off The Floor). Compared to Life in Cartoon Motion which has only one slow song (Any Other World). But the latest album is still good - it sees a deeper side to Mika and I love him for trusting his fans like that.

It's an awesome album, and I'm actually torn between which one I like better. It's a hard call because they both have such credentials. I like the stories behind all of the songs. I didn't know that We Are Golden is a celebratory thing for him, revelling in his success. That's an interesting fact, and I fully intend to celebrate with him! I found most of the album pretty average. Apart from Blue Eyes, Toy Boy and We Are Golden. Every song is just dull and poorly preformed.

The first album didn't have a bad song but the second was average at best. Lets hope the third is an improvement
