Be careful. The pull out at 0.58 is marginal for this aircraft. My guess is you won't live long if you keep rolling the dice like this. Do be careful.
Most if not all aircraft can fly mild aerobatics in the hands of someone who is knowledgeable and smooth on the controls. All the maneuvers on this video appear to be very mild g loading.
Wow, Cool stuff. I just bought me a kit for this great plane, but I had not seen anyone fly it like that. Do you have a website with more pictures? How about your powerplant, what did you choose?
Hi,nice earobatics, at least you have the balls to try this, what is your airspeed before starting the loop?I fly my zenair701 for one year now,did 180h one it and still love it.
why the retarted throttle location?

nice flying but be carefully! Don't push your luck.

Crasy... this is a light aircraft, not a aerobatics plane. Even the engine is not suitable for that type of demonstration... a bad example !!

Just about any high wing airplane can do loop's as long as you keep it to 1-2 g's you'll always have fuel flowing to the engine.

Totally impressed with the Zenith 701 STOL characteristics...but loops and wing overs...Fantastic!!!! We used to do them in gliders.

It take me longer (maybee 1,000 hours?) but I build it all myself with blue prints I buyed from Zenair.
