Emm no entiendo porque se quejan de que no es la original o que esta mal siendo que es un cover, principalmente el cover es una version propia de una persona que la aprendio casi siempre por oido (o casualidad, que a mi me pasa xD), pero cover! un cover nunca a sido la copia exacta del original y hasta los tutoriales mejor vistos y mas correctos llevan modificaciones casi siempre, entonces primero lean y piensen un poco la palabra COVER, es mas, la verdad a que les suena Cover?

@farringtonstefan I started with regular piano lessons, because of that I know how to read sheets and stuff. Some years after I realized how boring was reading music. Then I started to get songs by ear, and I saw that it was funnier and faster to play that way. That's why I abandoned lessons and started to learn music by myself.

I love the sound that you get out of that piano! Is it a digital piano or a keyboard? Regardless of whatever it is it sounds AWESOME! I have 3 pianos at home and even though we don't have a Grand Piano, we have a digital piano from Yamaha and it sounds just as good as any "real grand"

Is a digital piano with synthetizer/keyboard features. It is a Casio Privia, your Yamaha should sound much better than mine. I love Yamaha sound. I dream of buying a real Yamaha piano.

I didn't use midi. This piano has a feature that is called "layer". In that layer you can configure any instrument and it is played with the "standard" instrument that you choose. In this case I used piano and violins on the layer. You have to be very gentle with the pedal to obtain a good mix between the instruments.

I loved Requiem for a Dream, one of those rare gems that you don't find very often. I enjoyed the cover of the main theme of the movie :)

I believe that your version captures the sense of high tension picked up on near the end of the original by Clint Mansell. It retains that quality of darkness that the song very well should have.
