I used to train at Koloseum Gym, and met many really nice top pro's there. I have to say that Flex is one of the biggest most arrogant assholes I've ever met in bodybuilding. I was training at Kolosuem Gym while they were doing a photo shoot one day. He was screaming like a girl with each rep as he did shrugs. "Look at me! Look at me!" Trouble is the plates were fake, and what looked like 495# was more like 125#! Little man with a major Napoleon complex.
