The $3 billion is loan guarantees not aid, 70% of which has to go into US defence and directly supports US jobs & industry. There are no partners in the region which share common values and are as valuable as Israel. From military exercises, intelligence sharing to what Israel can do technologically, scientifically, medically for the US Arabs/Muslims just cant do. Its not "free lunch!"
