the side scrolling game is just adrenalin pumping and fun to master. this is kinda generic when it comes to games these days.there's something about the 8 bit 2 d game that still interests me aside from its sentimental value.

The one thing that really stands out to me is the sword at 5:40. I'm looking at both the 360 and this one and the character model looks way better than the one on the 360 but the lighting and the sword look way cooler on the 360. I mean the sword looks beautiful

Although blood doesn't directly interfere with the gameplay, it's still a necessary evil in order to make the game work better and appear more realistic in a fashion. Take Mortal Kombat vs. D.C.; Because they removed the blood and gore, many fans of the series rejected it. When they brought it back twice as much in the new game, people adored it. besides, in a game where you have swords, you would expect blood, varying on who made it.

No... In the intro cutscene literally every person that "CIA" agent shoots gets their head blown off in NG 2 on 360. The dismemberment is a huge part of the game and it's a lot more tame in this.

i think Ninja gaiden sigma 2 is easier than Ninja gaiden sigma, u begin with alot of hp while in NGS u begin with half of that hp, and then this, when u save it give u full hp while in NGS only save the game.

ninja gaiden 2 and sigma 2 are the same exept that int NG2 you have a lot of blood in ninja gaiden sigma 2 the graphics are a little better becouse it released a year after the original

There's been a few times where I compared trophies with someone & when I see it in someone's trophy set its either at 30% or 17% somethin' like that. this version is crap.....on 360 is much better, because the Gore factor shows Ryus deadly Weaponskills in a much more ninja-experience-master-slashe­r way. Besides, if u cut with a Katana or generally with japanese edge/blade weapons...then limbs will fall!!!!!

InfernoBlast32, the walkthrough is nice but you are doing a lot stuff that will get you killed if you play on higher difficulties. For example you are:

* Missing A LOT of stuff. Unless you are playing for speed, look around some more for goodies.

* Not using the On-Landing Ultimate Technique. You need this with higher difficulties.

* Not blocking enough.

* Not using counter-attack enough

I played this game on Xbox. This is a good look at the PS3 version. Thanks.
