    You're right, I'm German... I usually don't sing in English, because of my accent and because I'm never sure if my English is correct. But this one would have sounded strange in German ("Ich bin besorgt, Ich werde niemals fröhlich sein").

    It means "I'm worried, I'll never be happy". Don't worry be happy means: "Mach dir keine Sorgen, sei fröhlich" (It's all pretty long, because there is no German verb for worry - you can only say "do not have worries")
