i tried this dish recipe and it was awesome, a plain recipe but it's really suitable for my tastebuds, i subsituted the bellpeppers for small thai chili peppers, and i added mint and thai basil, wow!!! it was amazing, plus i add juss a lil lemon and crunchy peanutbutter and it almost reminded me of thai pho noodles. over all i would totally recommend everyone to try this dish recipe, you'll be satisfied, trust me...
do you have traditional thai recipe called khaucham or kawcam, is a green color rice that made from around 50 - 80 types of vegis that blended together to get the juice out and cooked together wt the rice, and it's eat together with fried chicken or fish mix with cucumber, bean sprout, and other raw vegis??? it came from somewher near southern part of thai, it was believe that this type of food is specially prepare for thai king once upon a time. tq
@slycordinator yes beans sprouts are grown from mung beans and she doesnt want to use any more oil then she already has u need tht much oil to cook stir fry

"Been sprouts" are mung bean sprouts. Also the nudles are made of mung beans. Nice and protein-rich dish and looks very nice. Thank you for your wonderful series and your mom is wonderful!
My mother owns an Asian market and she sells the mung bean noodles in a pink plastic package in the noodle aisle. They are 6 small bundles in each package and the label refers to them as bean thread noodles. It's less than $2. Good stuff if you can find it!
Go vegan. I dislike this video.

lol
She cooks it in a half-cup of oil then says she doesn't want to use too much.
And the title says that the recipe uses mung beans, but we got bean sprouts.
That said, it looks delicious.
