Would it help to fund these kind of initiatives more? Sure.. It would help to feed the starving of the world, spare all life that's willing to be saved, and find limitless natural energy that would lessen dependency on planet killing fossil fuels.

Several factors caused Cho to commit theses acts. It happened and we can't turn back the clock. But I'm so proud of how Virginia Tech has handled this tragedy.
