I know everyone agrees that the audience is annoying! And I do too. But think of it this way, if you were the dancer wouldn't you like to know that your audience enjoyed it? Because to me that is the best feeling ever when the audience is cheering for you.

musicality is lacking......this music is so accented and hitting, a choreographer is responsible for bringing the musicality out in the choreography. The male was hardly used. The female dancer could of danced it alone and told the story since she was the one highlighted!

Awesome, the guy doesn't always have to do a whole lot, his job is to let the girl shine and if he can allow his partner to shine then he has done his job well!!! Leave this choreography alone it was beautyful, and touching , I definately felt what the choreographer was trying to explain, Grat job teacher, and duet partners, I truely get the whole message!! <3 Wish others could find the beauty and the concept like I did!!

i really don't like how people are screaming at certain moments during the dance. it's a very heavy subject that they are trying to portray, so every time someone screams whenever he picks her up, etc. really just takes away from the dance. save it for the end. it's more respectful for the dancers and for the other audience members

there are mostly really good moments of choreography, but there's dead space between those moments, and it's all I can notice, which sucks cuz the good parts ROCK. Cut out the dead space and I'd have been floored. Beautifully done, nonetheless, mad respect.

THIS is amazing! I litereally have chills right now. The fact that they are 17 makes it even more amazing. The fact that they can potray a storline so well, and still hit EVERY move of the dance its amazing. I cant really see their faces, but the emotion is really there. They are honestly amazing dancers. It honestly makes me think. as @Poledancefun said, it really does reflect the teenagers.. Took my breath away, honestly.

great emotion. what i loved about this dance was that it wasnt filled with tricks. and when there was an extension it was relevant and added to the dance. the girl really worked her emotion, and she didnt just dance the character with her face but also with the convulsions of her body. i think the guy had fabulous technique, but could have been more aggressive with his performance. i also think both could have let their movements flow at a few points. but great job!

I'm really impressed with both dancers' technical facilities. Lindsay has gorgeous lines and feet, and Joey is strong, masculine, and well in control. He just basically walked right out of those five turns (quintuple?).  But like @Poledancefan said, the choreography and emotional quality combine tell a really truthful story. Beautiful job!

An interesting reflection on the life of a young couple. His approaches are always aggressive and exploitative, hers are plaintive and desperate. They both keep coming back for more, but one can't help but thinking she is the loser in this love affair. I like to envision girls acting with more confidence and self respect, but I suspect this is a true and honest reflection on the romantic life of teenagers. I loved this performance--I am not a dance critic, but it made me reflect on life.

This is good but A LOT of the SAME moves were used as that one routine in SYTYCD. I know a lot of moves are used in a lot of different routines but this was just too much alike. Good job though.
