She is the mother of Jesus and she is the least likely to not have faith in her son. Also isnt it possible that Jesus sent her, I mean if I wanted to get some work done on earth I would send mary. Also if it was a demon, why did she say to find repentance for our many sins?

I've been to the shrine five times already and hope to return there again. I had the unique chance to meet and speak with John Marto, the brother of Jacinta and Francisco through an interpreter some years ago. He is gone now as I visited his grave when I was there in 2004.

Our Lady picked this town for a reason, and I believe this is the reason: one day, through our Lady, Muslims will believe in her Son. The ruler of Turkey, before becoming Muslim, believed in Jesus and offered him sanctuary, while he was on earth. The Muslims still venerate Mary and go to her house in Edessa to pay tribute to her. Sadly, but to their credit, they pay more attention to her than other Christians do.

Read the early history and you will find out more than this! You will also find out in the transcripts published by Fr. DiMarch (a believer in Fatima) that the vision seen by the children wore a knee length skirt.

How does this explain she was deluded? She was not deluded. I don't know if her mother said that about her but very few belived her until they saw the Virgin Mary themselves and even more ehwn the Miracle of the sun happened, which is recorded in history.

The sun that is over Fatima is the same sun that is over Los Angeles, Dallas, Portugal, etc. No one reported the sun doing anything out of the ordinary. Astronomers do not record the sun doing anything either.

No there is proof. You need to look for yourself instead of jumping to conclusions. 70,000 people reported that the sun appeared after it was raining. It danced into the sky, came closer to the earth and returned to where it once was. Are you saying that all 70,000 of those people are deluded? And there were others who did see Mary. Not only that Lucia and Jacinta and Fransico suffered persecution because from the local admisistrator because of this. If she was deluded, why kidnap her?
