I have the same problem - I tried different Uberoid firmwares - still my touchscreen doest work. Where can I get the right version of firmware? Even the one from manufactures site doesnt work... My device is EKEN M009S (green led). sku10230
hello im having the same problem, want to know where can i get a different firmware from. the one i have it went thought but when is time to take out the tf card and restart it stops at the loading point :( just need help plz thanks alot

Like I mentioned in an earlier comment you need the correct firmware your motherboard version, contact the distributor you bought it from and ask NICLEY if they can get it for you. I still have the FW that mine needed if you want a copy PM me and I send it to you.
@androsland I (the one who made the video) emailed the store I bought it from and they got the firmware from the manufacturer. I did some research and found out why this issue happens, it is because some M009s have different motherboards and need the firmware that is for that specific model.
Did you try taking the transparent film that it was shipped with off the screen? I can see some faint bubbled areas on your screen so it looks like it's still on there.
that is the same problem i got but i never install a mouse i dont know if a install the mouse gonna run great if dont how i put in factory setting to begin with the star thank
@robbiesan Thanks, but that is how I got the tablet in this state. By flashing Vestinious firmware, after some further research I found out that there are a few different motherboards used in the M009s and you must use a firmware comaptible with your motherboard or this will happen. When I contacted customer support they sent me the original firmware for my model so everything works again now!

I hope your problems got solved. f not, have you tried flashing the tablet with other firmware? That seems to help a lot of people. Try the Vestinious firmware.Unzip it and download it to an empty - FAT 32 formatted - Micro SD card. Put the MicroSD card in the tablet, start the tablet and let the firmware install. After installation and startup, remove the micro SD card en if you want to use it again in your tablet, format it again so it can be used for other files like music or ebooks good luck

Hey guys, i have the same problem!
I bought an M009s tablet from ebay and its touchscreen doesn't work.
I tried a LOT of firmwares. Some work, some don't work. But still my touch screen is not working.
Did anyone found a way to fix this?

emm..that prob come from file env uboot..try replace env uboot from stock room..located in firmware install folder-env..
