  • KILL HIM WITH FIRE!

  • Why is "you found me" by the fray not playing in the backround?!?!

  • A friend of mine had une of those 2 months in his bedroom without giving a shit, each time i go to visit him i was like O...O

  • omg .. why did I click on this? *shivers*

  • WHAT THE HECK IS THAT????

  • i kept one for a good 2 weeks before it died without food or water

  • I'VE SEEN 3 DIFFERENT KINDS OF THESE FUCKERS IN MY OLD HOUSE THE 1 IN THE VID AND A BLUE AND YELLOW 1 THAT WAS 4 INCHS LONG AND A FUCKING YELLOW AND BLACK 1 THAT WAS AT LEAST A SOLID 6 FUCK MAYBE 7 INCHS LONG CAME FROM A HOLE IN THE FLOOR UNDER A CABINET IT LED TO A CRAWL SPACE UNDER THE HOUSE I THINK THEY ARE POISONOUS.... but what was really fucked up is that the yellow 1 went right into my room and i never found or seen it again hated that house

  • if you blow torch them, all of their legs fall off and the thing moves like a worm

  • I call it: soul in it ass. coz it dies so easily.

  • if i had a cat...id let it die for the noble cause of merking all of these sons of bitches...then give it a proper old school warriors burial like they gave Achilles, as a matter of fact im gonna go buy a gangster ass cat and name it achillies right now

  • imagine that thing inside your pants..wait dont imagine that :D

  • i thought these were silverfish guess i was wrong at first i was told these were venomous centipedes and i believed it for a while until someone told me they were silverfish but if you google silverfish you get a harmless flea like thing so i guess i was right to begin with that they were centipedes that are potentially harmful because i always wake up seeing these things in my shower guess they crawl around the pipes

  • BURN IT BURN IT BURN IT BURN IT

  • Biologically its not a centipede, even if its called one and it is not poisonous. Your cat chose the right snack.

Search Wikipedia for Scutigera coleoptrata. This Animal is totally harmless to us and not known for spreading deseases. On the contrary, it preys on anilmals that do.

  • @Kessl1492 No, it is NOT good for cats to snack on. House Centipedes contain a venom which can build up in cats' systems and make them sick, potentially causing death through a variety of possible organ failures.

  • @Daveyohwhat the body tends to also remove these poisions... and they have instant effects. when in the stomach its digested, the poisions... about .1 mg...

  • I got REALLY itchy right when the camera guy zoomed in on that thing. @_@

  • I can't believe you touched it! Jesus fucking christ. HATE squirmy terrifying ahhh

  • I hate these and personally think that they are the scariest motherfuckers I've ever seen. They were the nightmares off my childhood, and still haunt me to this day.

  • EWWWW i lived in an old house, 85ish years old and those things were EVERYWHERE

they used to torment the fuck out of me when i was little... i developed a permanent phobia of them because of that house...

one time there was a HUGE one and i sprayed it with bug spray... all of it's legs fell off and it started squirming around like a worm... that really scarred me for life.

terrible little creatures... id kill them on sight.

  • Awesome your centipede is great!

  • Be careful, your only a few clicks away from being in the weird side of Youtube

  • Thats a scootagerra i think there creepy little basterds with nasty bites if you see one get the shotgun out

  • I had an Orange Footed Centipede, they aren't really poisinous, only to creatures like them.

If we got bitten, we'd probably just feel like we have the flu or something.

  • everytime a see one of these things a shudder goes through my entire body. ew ew ew ew ew ew I like spiders ten times more than centipedes AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  • After watching this, i checked my room for them...

  • My cat loves to eat those Centipedes, they're a healthy snack.

  • @SonOfEnkiGodOfWisdom They're really not. They are venomous and can be toxic to your cat, potentially causing death. Some toxins build up in an animal over time asymptomatically. By the time you are able to recognize anything wrong with the animal, it may be too late. So, no... not a good snack.

  • @Daveyohwhat i think hes being sarcastic

  • @Daveyohwhat Are those good snack for human then? I like eating centipedes before my football practise as a snack.

  • @ecarrace100 Snack before English too! Yum.

  • Comment removed

  • I have had them before D: I heard they are venomous.

  • kill it kill it KILL IT!!!!!

  • welp now im franticly looking around my room every ten seconds

  • i found one of these on my ceiling so i caught it in a cup and then lit it on fire :)

  • @snakelover127 you evil son of a bitch.

  • @emlmm88 Wow. You said what I was thinking.

  • I was watching this and soon as i looked up one emerged from a corner in my room!!

  • we used to have tons of those in our house, big as fuck. sooooo fucking gross.

  • i found one of those in my house, so i went in the kitchen grabbed a lighter&axe. and torched that shit.

  • it's so precious

  • god i hate those things

  • @RogueMaleficium did u know they bite especially when injured

  • damn nature, u scary

  • @wireman369963 damn utuber, u unoriginal

  • Burn down the house.

  • @TheElyzium I agree if i found one of these in my room and it managed to get away before i could kill it i would burn down my freaking house

  • nail theres a house centipede behind you. kill it like the rest.

  • one of my appartments had alot of those when my landlord was digging up a basement.. they are so nasty.. they dont attack tho.. but eugh.. too many legs lol

  • are they dangerous?

  • @MrCheekyotter as dangerous as a fly :)

  • The centipede is the one talking in this clip.

  • Last house I lived them damn things, they would dwarf that one though. Creepy bastards.

  • When I find these things in my room, I don't sleep until they are dead.

  • silverfish

  • I had one of those things in my house before they are fucking big and scary when you spot them out of no where on your house walls. And I've found those things in my house more than once and I believe I will continue to spot and kill them.

  • they look just like Silverfish

  • I saw one in wal-mart, so I just smashed it with my shoe.

  • I live in Kentucky, and I see them all the time. They don't bite, but they are TERRIFYING and CREEPY. They do eat spiders, though.

  • WTF IS THIS????

  • If I ever saw a HUGE Centipede, I'd literally be shitting bricks.

  • Since our unintentional devistation of my bro's couple resident house centepedes, his window sills consistantly require clearing of nasty spider webs along with the vacuming up of the associated spider victim buy parts.. I believe those house centepedes can live for many years in undisturbed and vigilant service in keeping other bugs out of your house. So it's wiser to name them and leave them be... Mildred would be a nice name.. Penelope? LOL!

  • @MusashiGSN I would name mine Theodore!

  • @MusashiGSN Penelope??? FUCK YOU!!!

  • My brother had a few House Centepedes darting about his house with such lightning speed they'd usually always take me by surprise. But they're actually snowflake fragile in that their legs break will break off at the slightest touch. Unfortunately our realization of how effectively benificial these ghastly good insects had been in effectively controlling all spider and other infestation levels to zero along with any potential nasty webs. The mouth is so tiny they're incable of harming himans.

  • Actually this animals are our friends, because are interesting animals, its eat our hated mosquitos and even other bugs that they give bother to man.

  • FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIREEEEEEEEEEEEEE

  • What the hell is that supposed to be?

  • @irmesia a cenapide

  • a cenipde irmesia

  • @GUNMANSWAG EW

  • i found 3 of those in my house what i did was crap in the bathroom flush it down the toile

  • Lol not to hate but umm why did i watch this??

  • we have them alot in philly pa. they bite like motherfucker, oh yeah they jump too.

  • Oh yea I had couple them running around my house, I fucking kill them all the fucking time. not only that there still some. I want set a fucking trap for them to DIE!

  • WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT???????

  • there attracted to water. I have 7 fishtanks in my room. Ive had a couple in here too... Im deathly afraid, but i wont let that get between me and sleep!! XD

  • @CrayfishInMyAnus that makes sense - the only time i have seen them (in NYC) is in the bathroom - and I have only seen little baby ones luckily

  • I hope not...

  • Do you get those in Canada?

  • what the hell is that

  • These guys eat every bug you can think of. I rather have 1 house centipede then 30+ roaches, awesome pest control. It's funny watching people be such pussy's when seeing these. I can picture them crying in the corner and having nightmares- pathetic. House centipedes won't hurt you unless you provoke it.

  • @laskolasko thank you but i still kill mine :P

  • @laskolasko Amen, brother. These are one of the few arthropods that scare the unholy shit out of me, but even I realize they're too useful to kill.

  • I thought those were Silverfish?

  • i kill that all the time

  • who got the chills?

  • @Im0wningKids2 me me!

     i got the chills!

  • House Centipede

  • @threepac3 Thank you! Why do so many other people get it wrong?

  • @Daveyohwhat This video is in the related videos section of a video entitled how to get rid of silverfish. Natural, some people would assume this is a silverfish.

  • Bear Grills Would EAt That!

  • That's nightmare food right there.

  • waht is this ????

  • silverfish.

  • those things make me itchy all over

  • itz legs look like pubes

  • IT'S A SILVERFISH!!!

    jeez...

  • Can I ask what that thing is? :L

  • who else looked around the room when he said it was a centipede.

  • WHAT THE HELLLLLLLLLLL

  • What in the hell is that bitcher

  • You're like me..always finding the things in life that other people miss.I enjoyed this.

  • It's awesome to spray these with Raid. They writhe so violently when they die they rip off their own legs.

  • I fucking hate centipede's.....but I can't stop clicking these damn videos. Fuck you youtube! D:<

  • One of these scared the living hell out of me at work! I screamed and jumped 10 feet when I moved a game off the wall and it ran over my shoe and up the wall! Quite funny now...very scary at the time!

  • It's like a fusion between a centipede and a spider :S

  • "WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT? KILL IT, BURN IT WITH FIRE!" -Honeydew.

  • @NexonPlayerNA YEAH "WHAT THE HELL IS THAT THING???" But this time BlueXephos Burned it with plasma.

  • @NexonPlayerNA Do yo have the balls-Yogscast xD

  • if i were you, i would get a container and capture it! then pour kerosene and burn it! it is fucking disgusting!!!

  • House Centipedes are known to eat bed bugs and other nasty critters. They looked gross, but like spiders can be a useful insect around the house.

  • THERS A HOUSE ON MA HOUSE CENTIPEDe?!!

  • glad we dont have these in ireland

  • damn i saw human centipede 2....

  • He's your new room mate!

  • id be freaking the f*** out if i was that close

    >.o

  • Don't let it go to other blocks, it will spawn more silverfish!

  • Lolol that thing looks odd, never seen one of these before, the only centipede I find are minuscule things.

  • 7 minutes after watching this video i find one in my house

  • Isent it a silverfish?

  • Never saw one of these in my house though everyone here says they've seen some...

  • that's a money bug! my mother always says to leave it alone and that money luck is in your future...

  • saw the bottom anteni twitch so thats gatta be the head

  • kill the damn thing!

  • why do bugs always sit in one place for 8 hours a day?

  • I see what you're getting at. They're pretty cute up close actually. But from far away, they just look like a soulless creature with 2q9p385293r legs.

  • AHHHHHHHHHHHHH AHHHHHHHHHH Now look behind you :DDDD

  • i was watching minecraft vids so how did i get here

  • You said that your foot got stung!?!?

Never, ever going off my bed without wearing socks from now on.

  • @Oceanmistsupporter25 That was WITH a sock on. :P maybe get some nice slippers...?

  • @Daveyohwhat Oh my God, Oh my God, Oh my God *cries*

    I haaaate centipedes *cries*

  • @Daveyohwhat they dont sting, they bite with pincer-like fangs which inject venom, you shouldnt kill House Centipedes unless theres alot in your house, they eat Brown Recluse spiders which though not having a fatal bite, is very very ugly and disfiguring

  • @Lavos2007 It is not a bite which causes a sting. The modified legs which deliver venom are called "forcipules", and they are more like claws. They are actually not part of the mouth.

  • @Lavos2007 WTF...i tought having winter sucked, ill be glad to freeze my ass off during the next months because i know ill never see this or a brown recluse!

  • @lostorb12 dunno about that, in winter the bugs from the outside find refuge in warm places, such as our house. ive encountered huge spiders in the winter time, that ive never seen inside the house in summer. :)

  • @Daveyohwhat how about steel toed boots?

  • @Oceanmistsupporter25 it livs in your bed to

  • O_O Um...I think I just entered the dark side of youtube...

  • I FUCKING HATE THESE THINGS THEYRE EVERYWHERE! Truly the Demon bug from hell

  • THANKS FOR MAKING ME ITCHY

  • House Centipedes = Disgusting

I know all about how beneficial they are, but if I had to choose between a roach, spider, or a centipede in my home... the centipede would loose. These things have invaded every home I've ever lived in. RAID will quickly become your best friend. Best of all, when you kill house centipedes with bug spray, all of their legs fall off before they die. YUCK!

  • If you squash one their legs fly everywhere. One mating pair can result in an average of 80 or so eggs, with a max of 150 eggs. Think on that..

  • @WolfenFoust the second i see one i go on the hunt to kill it,they are from hell,so gross

  • @SuperTestfreak Are they literally from Hell?

  • @Daveyohwhat i think they are from hell lol

  • DAMN NATURE YOU SCARY!

  • Actually. Not to be argumentative, as i like your enthusiasm..

    But Centipedes are poisonous..

Well.. the ones in New Zealand are..

They contain very very very tiny amounts of cyanide in their saliva, bloodstream and body.

    Millepedes too. Especially Millipedes.

  • @Moehtr I'm not sure who your comment is directed toward, but I have already mentioned in several comments that these are venomous. Likewise, not to be argumentative, but centipedes can't be easily generalized. Here, we are viewing and discussing (mostly) S. coleoptrata. Where did you hear/read that they contain cyanide?

  • @Moehtr Millipedes dont attack, their venom is secreted over thier body, youd hae to eat or lick one to get hurt, Centipedes BITE with 2 claws almost like spider fangs

  • I want to ask you a question... You said one time you step a house centipede with a socks on and does it look disgusting when it squash?

  • @itzvincentx3 They don't squash that easily. Their bodies are quite hard/rigid.

  • They're are not poisonous! In fact, they help to kill other insects around the house like roaches, spiders and others.

  • @kazzanobba They do have a venom (which is inconsequential to most humans) and they can be toxic if eaten by some animals, but you are correct in that they do consume various other bugs and household pests.

  • @kazzanobba

I'd rather have a spider or a roach in my house any day instead of this fucking thing...

  • EEEEEEEEWWW KILL IT! KILL IT WITH FIRE

  • WOAH BIG LEGS

  • They have a stinger on their back which is equal to that of a bee in regards to pain when stung. Adorable little critters and awesome to have around the house as they consume every other insect!!

  • @romefox No, they don't have a proper stinger -- they administer venom through special legs. I've received a sting from both a house centipede and a bee, and I don't feel that a house centipede's sting is as painful as that of a bee. And they don't consume all other insects... but most which are also native to their habitat, about the same size as themselves or smaller.

  • They look really cute..Except from Garden Pedes..

  • dont kill them!!! i know they look scary, but make you research first. they are called gejigeji in japan or scutigera coleoptrata, they kill roaches, ants, spiders pretty much every bug in your house, and THEY DONT BITE !!! so i rather let them run around than see fucking roaches or spiders

  • I wonder if you smoke pot? cause you sound like a few of my highschool buddies!

  • I love these little bastards, and they eat all sorts of other annoying bugs which is useful, but I can't help thinking that they'll crawl across my giblets when I'm sleeping, and I am not down with that.

  • lol i found you! so scary i hate these things!

  • I saw on on a shoe rack, on the stairs of my cellar, and one in the bathtub of my cousin's new home :/

  • awesome i love them, they eat every other bug in my house

  • This is a scutigera, but there is lethaly venonous scutigera deep in the caves were the bats live and the couckroaches eats their poop and they get captured and eaten bu these centipedes.

    Creepy right?
