  • Wow man nice work, I bet you feel way much better now. Crazy transformation, props!

  • plz man nice work... name of the song?

  • This song is very fitting for this vid. I can understand how you felt when you were at that weight. Your drive and ambition to change for the benefit of your life, is inspirational.

  • NOW THATS WHAT WE CALL A "BEFORE AND AFTER" THIS IS FUCKING AWESOME!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU HAVE GIVEN ME THE INSPIRATION I WAS MISSING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO WHEN CAN I BUY YOUR BOOK AT BARNES AND NOBLE?

  • inspirational awesome

  • very impressive, and in regards to people saying your on steroids, they just dont know what there talking about. These days as soon as anyone makes any progress with there body they assume the worst. If you train hard and eat right theres no need for them. Well done buddy, you should be proud

  • impressive.

  • Holy shit, nice work man!!!

  • 1:08 :OOO *___*

  • great work man !

  • what was your daily workout routeen

  • Wanna know why humans ought to have a body fat percentage between 3% and 5%? (women 8 to 10%)

And why we supposed to reach an age somewhere between 120 and 154?

Wanna find out why every single species on this earth eats raw?

Go to my site, to profile, on the left side and find out.

Or watch Don Tolman for starters or raw vegan bodybuilder

I’m not selling anything. Not now, not next year, not ever!! Only wanna spread the word, of the new revolution that is coming. The revolution of self care

  • Thats freakin awesome o.O

  • That's amazing. Congratulations ;)

  • Fantastic.

  • Congrationals man, Fantastic Job.

  • congrats you are an inspiration!

  • Wow man great job.

  • It's not that i don't believe you. But all this in one year??

  • that is an amazing transformation, congratulations.

  • What made you work on your appearance?

  • @ts3kata A little girl, maybe 4 years old, staring at me eating in a Chinese buffet in August 2006. It was like someone turned a key in my head. That's the only way I can explain what happened. I talked to a dug addiction counselor, who was looking for weight loss advice, and told him what happened. He said that many in his business call it a "moment of clarity."

  • whether you used steroids or not, good for you, you look great...and half of these idiots dont know anything about juice so dont listen to them

  • Sexy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ♥ ♥ ♥

  • good fuckin job man!!!

  • wow ! joli travail ...

  • did you have to get a tummy tuck or did you have amazingly elastic skin? lol. if so then you did have surgery ha!

  • @jigglymig Actually, I have not had a tummy tuck. I cannot have one at present for several reasons. I still have all the loose skin I developed during the loss. It is just that there is not that much of it. Several docs I have seen are amazed at how little I have considering how much I lost and how fast. But, it is there. Would I like what I have gone? Oh yes. But, as yet, have not had any surgery over any of this.

  • @bspencer74 wow! thats really really good that your skin bounced back that good! keep it up!

  • hey, what diet are you using? i really need to find a good one. please reply

  • @snowboardn4ever - Look at the meal plans written by Tom Venuto and Derek Charlebois. They are roughly similar in approach, and I used Tom's BFFM system during my initial loss. Tom has since revised BFFM.

  • haha i like how people get jealous of other peoples successes and blame it on steroids. Great job by the way!

  • wow amazing! respect!

  • this, sir, is IMPOSSIBLE. Except if you did roids. How much do you go in a week? 5-6 times? The ONLY way this could have been done is by using steroids. That's too much muscle gain in a short period.

If you did this all natural, then: congratulations! awesome job!

oh and btw steroids make you impotent...

  • @coolerooney1 First, I did to it naturally. I have never used steroids. As with so many others who make the accusation against me, I would like to know what steroids you think I took. What steroids made me lose 35 pounds of muscle mass through this (I did not gain anything). What steroid makes my blood testing for steroids come back negative and allows me to pass a polygraph exam for my job concerning drug use? I would LOVE to know.

  • @bspencer74 ok, then you did an awesome job (remember me saying that in the previous comment?)

  • @coolerooney1 The only way to go to the gym 5-6 times a week is using steroids? Are you being serious?

  • Hey Spencer good to see you still going strong man I almost made it you and your advise had helped me go from 380 to 210 but I hurt my back got on those dam painkillers and well rest is history went back the other way big time .glad you still going strong brother.

  • Incredible props dude. Good to see people making a change in their lives instead of wallowing in doubt and self pity.

  • amazing results, 1 year is such a short time ... what exactly did you do to lose that much weight and put on that muscle in 12 months? what was your plan like?

  • VERY AWESOME! best transformation ever

  • Not saying it's fake but you look so good and have transformed so much that I'm sure you can understand why my first thought was it wasn't real. Well done - truly inspiring stuff

  • Rite on dude!!

  • congrats man!

  • Wow man that's commitment and heart alot of props congrats on that amazing life style change

  • from a fat fuck to a real good physique, pretty good effort, wonder what people would say that last saw you when you were fat xD

  • amazing good job!

  • Gorgeous Im so happy for you....You look awesome...;-)

  • you rock my friend

  • Wow that is amazing!

Did you need a tummy tuck? Stretch marks?

  • Wow...

  • is your skin ok?

  • unfuckingbelieveable

  • wie hast du denn die fettschürze wegbekommen?

  • LEGEND !!!!!!

  • Amazing, truly amazing!!! :)

  • it is pretty damn good to have made such a drastic change in only one year:) especially since your a little old(no offense) my point is that fat gets only harder and harder to get rid of the older you get because of the food combustion, so good for you man! :)

  • @VegardSkjersli Ummm... he's not even a little bit old! Unless you are a fetus.

  • Great motivator! this is incredible.

  • holy shit broo respecttt

  • are you now superman?

  • Now this is inspiring! That word gets tossed around to much for things that dont hold a candle to this. Very good work man, that's crazy.

  • You are AWESOME ! ! !

  • Pas Vrai !

  • @kartityassine C'est Vrai!

  • @bspencer74 Ben tu sais ... Ce mec la était Obése = Les Os Vont se déformer .. = Il est Impossible d'avoire cette Taille ! Sorry :°)

  • @kartityassine I hope you do not mind a reply in English. I have not used this degree of French in sometime.

This guy is me. I was obese. Now I am not. And why would you think my bones would deform (if I understood correctly?) What makes it so impossible that I could lose weight? My change has been profiled in published books that were rather careful to make sure that I am for real. I could tell you where to see it, if you want to know.

  • @bspencer74

what books? i would like to read them.. looks very intresting to me..

    gree7s

  • @feeltheba1ance Try Body by Design by Kris Gethin. My profile starts on page 43

  • You sir, are a freaking inspiration. Well done. Hope to join you in the same way soon!

  • woah

  • damn

  • this is coool =)

  • wow dude!! that is amazing couldnt of imagined how hard that would of been..

    Looking good bud.

  • i went from 165lbs to 147lbs in 1week just by jogging alot it was awesome :) now i gained some of my weight back and im gonna start training again soon, even tho i dont have a trouble with my weight/height..i think 5ft8/155lbs is good :p

  • dude your change was more drastic than mine. It's been 3 months for me. I was 205 with a size 36 waist. Now I'm 6ft1 weighing 165 and fit in a 31.

    :D I'm 16 too the best change ever .

  • i cant imagine how mentally strong you would have to be for such a drastic change

  • That is truly amazing! I am very proud of you. What you did is very hard to do. Good job.

  • Well done. Thanks for posting

  • Wow, great job! I hope to look half as good once i'm finished

  • Looks good man! How long did you exercise on average daily? Keep up the good work, and don't let the detractors bring you down.

  • ROIDS DID ALL THE WORK HERE GUYS...FOR A START OFF THIS GUY HAS SHIT GENETICS SO THERES NO WAY DRUG FREE HED EVER GET THIS BODY...HE WILL ADMIT HIS CHEATING I AM SURE...

  • @mrhairsaviour That's nice. Insult my genetics all you want. I did not "cheat." I did not use drugs, period. But, believe what ever the hell you want. It in no way changes the truth.

  • @bspencer74 i am sure you know what substances you used...you are deluded..theres a period in these pics where you were natural during the initial stages..then i can see the one when you were juiced up..cum`on man ...people like me in the industry know...its obvious to us in the know.

  • @mrhairsaviour - I will tell you which substances I used -- whey protein, a multi-vitamin, and a calcium tablet. What's so illegal about those.

So, what is it you do in the "industry" that makes you "in the know?" When did I start and what did I take, according to you since you are "in the know?" What makes you know more than my doctor and employer who drug test me regularly (and yes steroids as well) and the polygraph I took 3 months ago for my employer, which I passed?

  • @bspencer74 i dont need to be a doc sir...the fact is in normality you would need to have large folds of skin cut off for such weight loss...you skin has somehoe recovered to a tight fit...it doesnt ring true to me at all...i would imagine you have excess skin? you must have.

  • @mrhairsaviour I have never had plastic surgery, and as a result do have loose skin. I have never, ever said that I do not. But, I do not have massive bags of loose skin as you might see in "bariatric surgery" programs. First, I did not have surgery. My "poor genetics" as you call it kept me from having mounds of it. But it is there. For example, the picture of my abs. They are not clear because of loose skin. Look at the back db bi at my lower back, again loose skin.

  • @mrhairsaviour The majority of my loose skin is below the belt line and, as such, is not visible unless I post near-nude pics. But, it will need surgery to be removed.

  • @mrhairsaviour - As I said, you think what you want. I know the truth, do does my doc, so does my employer. But, I am glad that you think that I use. It means all the hard work, despite my "shitty genetics" has gone OK.

  • nice :D

  • Great Job!!

  • Totally awesome dude

  • Dude ur awesome!

  • Unbelievable Transformation, good work man! :D

  • think about all the muscle he built carring around his fat ass... so loosing all the fat just showed of all the hard work he was doing while huge.... good work bro.

  • you look so much yonger

  • niceeeeeeeeeeee

  • congratulations from Poland

  • dont listen to any of that crap its just people who are lazy and dont have the willpower to do what you did. YES its possible without steroids and its been done before countless times. good job bro

  • Great job, Brad. You look great. To all you fatties out there, take notice. Stop whining about your handicap, get off your ass and make it happen like Brad. If he can do it, then so can you.

  • krasse sache digga daumen hoch

  • Kick ass good job!

  • Good job man

  • hi bury, amazing transformation.

can i ask you what kind of food you eat more??

  • Amazing ! realy impressed Where there's a will, there's a way

    Awsome

  • Good Joke:D Whey Pro :"D I think there were a low of Spiropen Later you take Winstrol with Deca Durabolin or Danabol :D:D:D Or sustanon 250?

  • @ZoTyAsTaR LOL. I had to look up what "Spiropen" even was. And you are dead wrong in your guess. I have never used any illegal performance enhancing drug. No Clenbuterol, no Winstrol, no Deca, no D-bol. And no testosterone injections either. I have the test results to prove it.

  • dude u turned from fat asss TO RIPPED!!!

  • Dude, awesome transformation ! I've done that change too, lost a lot of fat and builded some muscles :P But man, your awesome! Great inspiration for others with same problems. keep it up man, RESPECT ! :)

  • Amazing. If only more people in the wold could change themselves like that

  • Blatantly on steroids. Lol Jk well done man!

  • Did you take any kind of suplements? Protein whey, creatine? Thanks for the time, I'm on track with my own transformation inspired by yours.

  • @tauren00 Yes. I took, and still take, whey protein. At the time I had 2 shakes per day (although I use a bit more now). I do not think of whey protein as a supp but more of a food. As for other supps tho, I took a good multi-vitamin, and a calcium tablet everyday. That's it. Creatine has its uses in some people, for some goals, but I have never liked people advocating its use in weight loss.

  • @bspencer74 Yeah, I do agree on the Whey being food, since its all about the protein intake. I just asked about the creatine because I can tell some serious muscle gain, but I'm glad to know it was all due to a healthy diet and whey, as well as the other supps too. Thank you!

  • Did you get your stomach reduced?

  • @khoiktran No. I have not had any kind of weight-loss related surgery. I lost all the weight with diet and exercise alone. No bariatric surgery, and honestly, I feel that that kind of thing has been WAY overdone. People think it is an easy way out of being fat. It is not, and for many but the most obese, can be counterproductive.

As far as plastic surgery for loose skin, I have not had that either, although I do have some I want removed at some point.

  • great

  • Fucking good job m8. Thats an impressive transformation. Im on a similar journey. I started a few months ago. I was 5'10" @ 15 stone. I started running, eating properly, and recently my brother-in-law, who is a pro boxer, has been training me. I do boxing, running and circuit training, but the hardest part is resisting the temptation to eat a slap up take-away feast. I am now 14 stone btw.

  • Really, really impressive! That is some serious Dedication!

Fantastic Transformation! Keep it up :)

  • wow respect

  • HOLY FUCK........ Good for you bro.

  • you guy have my real respect to transforme your body

  • woah, amazing.

  • you awsome man. well done. keep it up, but the one thing u can never get rid of are stretch marks. my bro is having that problem haha. you did it so well no one believes u did it in one year (compliment). good luck in the future

  • I s the guy at the beginning really the same guy at the end?

I find it hard to believe, but if this is real.......its the best transformation i have seen in my life!

  • @downyclown Yes. Those really are all pics of me. I am the same guy in the pics at the beginning as in the end. I realize that you have no other reason to believe that other than my telling you. Nevertheless, same.

I do, however, have some of the clothes still from the fat before pics. One of my vids has me "wearing" those now.

  • @bspencer74

Well my hat goes off to you sir! You look 20 years younger, and really healthy........massive inspiration man. Well done!

  • theres no way you did all that in a year

  • @Seighs Why would you say it is impossible to do in a year? What is your reasoning? I am just curious why people always think " it cannot be done" since it is exactly what I did -- in 1 year. And there are others besides me who have.

  • @bspencer74 Because it's such a huge difference

  • @Seighs Just because it is a big difference does not mean that it cannot be done in a year. Far too many seasons of "The Biggest Loser" for example, area available to most people to see people lose more weight in less time than I did. I have met many more people who are not on "television" who have done more.

  • Comment removed

  • wtf! respect! :)

  • Amazing. When I saw how fit you became with all those bulging muscles I thought at first that it was one of those bullsh*t vids to promote some kind of product. But you didn't advertise anything so it must be true.

    Great job!

Can I ask you couple questions?

How did you diet? What did you eat, how many calories?

How much cardio did you do , i.e. how many calories did you typically burn a day?

    Thanks!

  • @TheCheshireCat86 Thanks man. Nah, I never advertise anything, because I never used anything other than normal food, except for whey protein, a multi-vitamin, and a calcium tablet. Most of the sh*t that is sold to "lose fat" is total trash.

My diet was and still is at least 5 meals per day of aprox. 500 cals per meal. (At the moment I eat 7-8 meals to maintain weight since it is 4 years later). I ate clean, whole, unprocessed foods as much as I could. 40% carbs, 40% protein, 20% fat for

  • @bspencer74

And I assume 40% carbs, 40% protein, 20% fat distribution is by calorie value, not by weight, right?

  • @TheCheshireCat86 Yes. For example, for a 2400 per day diet -- 960 cals per day would be carbs and 960 protein (abt 240 g of each if you read and add up from nutrition labels, etc) and 480 cals (53 g) of total fat

  • @TheCheshireCat86 the entire day.

My cardio was recumbent bike until I could hike or treadmill, but mostly cycling. I started out at 5 mins per day and then up to 45 mins per day over 3 months. I did not really pay attn to cals burned, but more to keeping my heart rate at around 80% max. That forced me to up the intensity as I got better and kept the cals burning. I also lifted 3-4x per week. It took all three, diet, cardio, and weights to do what I did.

  • @bspencer74

    Thanks for the info.

Did you do cardio every day or only 4/wk just like lifting?

So 80% max means you kept your heart rate around 130 beats (assuming 180 is max), right?

And by unprocessed food you mean like all organic, but you cooked it, or did you eat raw food (there is this raw food diet I've never tried)

Again, those results are amazing for one year, especially considering where you started. You started at 375 pounds and year later you got a six pack. Just wow. Very inspiring.

  • @TheCheshireCat86 I did cardio 6x per week but again that took me a couple of months to work up to. Always took one total rest day per week.

Max heart rate is roughly 220-age. So, for me, 80% of my max heart rate is abt 150 bpm. Honestly, I would average in the mid 140's across an entire ride.

By unprocessed -- organic if you can get it, but not a stickler for it. I ate cooked or raw, depending on the food. But, I eliminated boxed meal, precooked meals, prepackaged, sodas, etc.

  • @TheCheshireCat86 Some things must be somewhat processed -- whey protein for example. But as much as possible I took the basic ingredients and "remade" foods I liked in a healthier way. And I learned what a real portion was and ate that way.

  • @bspencer74

    cool

    thanks, man

  • BRAVOOOOO !! :)))

  • Simply improbably, to what people can be persistent. WELL DONE!!! I respect!!!

  • testooooooooosteroooooooon :D but gz
