  • Good lord, they obviously grilled the wrong person here..

  • Would you say he might be thinking COLLUSION contracts but he not dare say it out loud.

  • SEARCH NEW WORLD ORDER!!!

  • f Congressmen knew what they were doing, we would not be in the mess that we are in. All Congress is beholden to the Military, Industrial, Congressional, Complex. Susan Eisenhower stated that upon leaving office, her grandfather wanted to use the term Congressional as an adjective in his famous "Goodbye Speech" but he did not want to make enemies as he left. All of CONGRESS is bribed by lobbyists.... et al.

  • Go after the old CEO Greenburg, also don't forget Citigroup and Goldman Sach's you hypocrits.

  • Here's my reply: "PFFFFTTTTTT!"

  • iwillnotbealright: What did you do, pour battery acid in your right ear or have you had a recent stroke? Im sure this is how you sound: "...nnnnnnn...nnnnnn...mmmmm...BONUSESLEGAL! mmmmmm...nnnnnnn...mmm...AIGDIDNOTHINGWRONG!...nnnnn....AIGEXECSWORKEDHARD!...mmm...nnnnnn...AIGDESERVEBONUSES!...nnnn...mmmm..." Good luck with your psychiatric therapy.

  • let all know that this financial crisis is a very serious menace for the further existance of the United States. The Soviet Union, Comunist China, Taliban and Al Caida couldn't get near to the damage what has now been done by the enemy inside by persons as irresponsable CEO's and acomplished politicians. It looks like the U.S. is on the break of a next civil war involving a lot of different parties. brother against brother, sister against sister, son against father, daughter agains mother.

  • crooked ceos, send em all to jail.

  • Corporate thiefs don't even deserve their annual salaries much less a bonus.I hope AIG crashes,HARD!

  • lovelyjennx You remind me of a teenage girl thing fidgeting in a circle with a small crowd of friends in the hallway of a high school holding her books against her chest and snickering & giggling like a parakeet about some childish attempt at humor their gang leader mumbled about the mentally handicapped kid who just walked by.

  • Look it's really simple: DON'T GIVE THESE ASSHOLES ANY MORE FUCKING MONEY!

  • A.I.G. = Abnormal Idiot Group

  • you are watching the start of true American Communism

  • we need to fire congress

  • its amazing how stupid and hypocritical the government is, first they hand out

200B and then they start bitching over 150M, which is less than one tenth of 1%...and now they are threatening to windup the company, WTF?!?! the taxpayer should be hounding down the moronic government and not AIG !

  • agreed

  • Obama and AIG Suck!

  • frankly all we are doing is slowing the fall of a collapsing company and they are just taking what the government gave them and putting it in their pockets because who will want anything to do with AIG now? They failed and now we need someone new with a few bucks start up his own company.

  • Damn numb nuts these people have millions as spending cash.

You are the communist, to take all that money and hand it over to just a few. And make everyone from you to your greatgrand kids to pay it back. it's not money had, but money borrowed. And has to be payed back. AIG nor the pricks with the million dollar bonuses.

You and me and our offspring. That's communist.

We must stop them at all cost. get it back, really get it all back and tell them to hit the road.

  • Last time i checked there were three branches of government. The supreme court would weigh in and prevent the likes of congress from placing such ridiculous laws on the books without recourse.

  • The ones that should be grilled and put in jail are CONGRESS and PrezBO. This is a runaway government in charge now! They will bring down the US if things they are doing arent reversed!

Yep, PrezBO takes the blame...WORDS...JUST WORDS..That is all he is, a teleprompter reading mouth full of words.

  • If you signed a contract to offer your expertise to a business and the business offered to give you an unconditional bonus of a Million dollars as a reward for joining or staying with the company, would you take it? 99% of Americans would say, hell yea. Most would take it, cash it and put it in a bermuda bank or in a safe deposit box. either way congress will never win a 90% tax law. Completely unconstitutional and will not hold up in court.

  • There is so much misinformation out there just trying to distract from the real issues. Think things are f@#ked now, just wait until the people who are trying to fix this mess walk away and AIG fails after 6 months and $180 Billion.

I can't believe Liddy's still there - he was brought in to fix this mess and is paid 1 dollar, and now his family's getting death threats.

This is a defining moment - our kids will read about this in the history books. In Mandarin.

  • Preach the frak on brother! I'm glad you and others are finally seeing the light! :) How do you conqure a country with the largest military in the world? You forclose on it! BOHICA! Chinese style.

  • For those who don't know...

    B end

    O ver

    H ere I t

    C omes

    A gain

Simple: if they want their bonuses... let the public have their names and we'll see how much they want them then.

  • I like what I saw today, congress is putting a 90% tax of those pricks. 90% of their bonuses will come right back.

  • nope. the government wont get a cent of it. you cant just go and make a law about something that happened in the past. the bonuses were already paid out. wont hold up in the high court because its unconstitutional.

  • An anagram for AIG:

    'american international group'

    turns out

    'innate managerial corruption'

  • Its good to see these spoilt corporations humbling themselves (to a degree) in front of the great American Congress...

TESTING TIMES for the renowned democratic power of the American people

Do the economic elite in the USA really have to answer to the American people or are they like the elite in the rest of the world (even the communists), immune to punishment and answerable to no one - despite the damage they cause to the majority population?

  • I guess this goes to show you that trickle down theory doesn't work, it all gets paid out in bonuses to greedy employers.

  • screw AIG!

  • Saix.....ur being distracted. AIG execs shouldn't get these bonuses. But as I stated it comes out to less the 1 half of 1 percent of the total money they recieved. Congress (Sen. Dodd) put this provision in the bailout bill. Congress wastes far more money then these execs bonuses. They are the ones your anger should be directed towards. They are USING AIG as a distraction to get your eyes of them!! Question, if all this execs just got 1 dollar would it effect the economy at all?....NOPE!!

  • Why are people who FAILED at their jobs receiving bonus instead of being fired? That's where the anger is coming from.

  • The bailouts of AIG and every other firm on Wall Street will lead to the destruction of the US Dollar and Hyperinflation. I suggest you check out: Inflation . us

  • The house passed H.R 1388 yesterday.

A bill that requires mandatory civil service for young people. This bill will enter the senate soon.

With a Democratic majority this will pass and Obama will sign.

Contact your reps and tell them we do not want this. Contact Media Outlets and urge them to run inform Americans.

  • Why would we contact congress? I think kids need to get their buts to work and start participating in the society they live in. I believe they should all have to join the military so they learn some discipline and accountability. There are no free rides and no room for entitlement in our country. PUT EM TO WORK!!!

  • Too late congress....too late.

  • I love the fact that Congress is doing the grilling. They are the most corrupt people in theworld. But they are looking down on someone else?

  • was the contract signed in blood??come on!!!!

  • All by design

Watch The Obama Deception and learn what is really going on here.

  • AIG execs bonuses is less then 1 half of 1 percent of the total money they got. Dont agree with the bonuses, however Congress wastes more money before breakfast then these AIG bonuses. Congress are the people who should be sitting behind that table getting grilled. They are using AIG for ANGER DISTRACTION.

  • Absolutely. Well said dirk.

  • Comment removed

  • i gotta get me one of these jobs.

  • During the last couple of decades, firing on the whim of the employer has been common. Obama knows better not to threaten his employees with the loss of the jobs.

  • this basically sums up fact that America is Puke!

  • Why are all the greedy bonus-whoring execs not sitting at that table getting their asses kicked? Instead Liddy is getting his ass slapped & they're off hiding, laying low while counting their cash & snickering & grinning how they pulled a fast one. Liddy needs to stop wiping these whore's asses & make them stand up & be accountable. Introduce them to the public as: "...whore #1 is 'John Slut' & here's his photo & address, whore #2 is 'Joe Whoreslut' & this is his picture & address, etc., etc.

  • I understand what you're saying but he is the top executive and it is his duty to be accountable for the maintenance of the team. There is a good reason for most events or occurrences. Also, releasing their personal information is a violation of the maintenance and restriction of personal information laws unless he receives express written consent and even such would be limited for law enforcement agency use. What would you do with the information anyway? We can't be illogical in trying times.

  • What would I do with the information? Turn them into pariahs. Post their pictures, names, addresses all over the web, in magazines, newspapers, tv, billboards, whatever. Make sure they gain some humility and everyone sees what the faces of lustful greed looks like. We can't be illogical in "trying times"? What does that mean, that just because times are bad we should just shrug our shoulders and ignore the greedy & corrupt individuals that have caused the destruction of millions of families?

  • Without defending the people, you're trying to punish. I can't agree with you on this. This sounds an aweful lot like methods used in Nazi-Germany.

  • The "people" have no defense, that's the whole problem! How can they defend themselves from the decimation of their jobs, their homes, and their life savings caused by incompetent, greedy money-grubbing corporate executives after the fact? Whatever. I could care less if you agree or not. If you want to evaluate and break everything down and then declare AIG really didn't do anything wrong then go right ahead. Just don't expect much sympathy while submitting this kind of analysis.

  • Also, I'm sure there are others who would love to correct anyone's distorted interpretation of this mess. At the end of the line there remains the honest men & women who have worked tirelessly to support their families. Unfortunately the companies they've worked for most of their lives are closing one by one because of the current financial debacle. Do you honestly think they care about contractual law & they agree with the legal provision of bonuses for the very people that caused this mess?

  • i wish that workers payout and bonuses could be paid as swiftly as the bosses. fucking scumbags!

  • US is fucked up

  • This better be 100% proof to anyone that watched, congress is clueless to what is going on. I respect Mr. Liddy for standing his ground in front of congress on contract law. As several have mentioned already, "Open your eyes to the TRILLIONS that have gone elsewhere." If you disagree, go study contract law and then come back and post. Don't be stupid like congress and make assumptions that you and me and our children's children will be paying for already. Stupidity is a choice, choose wisely.

  • And it will happen again..... and yet again...

  • the problem with people in charge these days is that ive never heard so many "UHHhhHH" im my life. MY ditzy girlfriend could manage an excuse better than most people in power these days. If they meant half the crap they spew out their mouths we wouldnt be so fucked.

  • Liddy did not take over until after this contract was signed. The congress passed an amendment that said no bonuses were to be paid- but in a conference, the POB decided to take that out. Chris Dodd admitted he put it in: yet they grill Liddy like HE was the enemy. How typical of this administration! The law is the law- the bonus' must be paid- now tell me why AIG gave about 60billion of our money to overseas banks! The people who approved this are the ones who should be grilled! Fess up!

  • Proof positive #8, Oego sux.

  • I like the first congressman's comments...Uh did you vote for all their bailouts? Seems like you could have sent the people in your a district a message that you care about them more than the longevity of AIG. And if he did vote no, then my bad.

  • *cough* AIG aren't paying them bonuses....we are.

  • Well i believe no one wants to use there own money to pay someone else

  • Yes it is tax payers money but this is part of the bail out plan! We pay for wars that we don't support, we pay for people who are too lazy to get a job, it's no different! Do some research and find out what else the government is paying for that does NOT involve you even though they're using your tax dollars.

  • The AIG employees receiving bonus checks from AIG deserve this money. They did nothing illegal under the contracts they entered into and these are legal binding agreements. You may have contempt for the money they are receiving but so be it. These funds where provided under an Obama Bill. If you voted McCain I am sorry. If you voted Obama this is what you get, Hope & Change.

If the Yankees do not make the playoffs or World Series does A-Rod give his money back to Steinbrenner?

  • thank you!

  • I think this is blown up to be a huge deal that it really isn't. The only way a bank really makes money is through loans. If people aren't borrowing, and money's sitting in AIG's bank, AIG's paying interest on it. I don't really think it's THAT big of a deal. Although I do believe that CEOs are paid too much. The solution to our recession doesn't have very much to do with AIG's paying bonuses.

  • what a crap!

this is such a stupid theatre for stupid, where they grill somebody who has taken MILLIONS (that's nothing nowadays) while OBAMA, bernankee and others are taking TRILLIONS or million-millions from american taxpayers away!

OBAMA & CO. are far more worse they take TRILLIONS away! obama is such a sneaky actor who plays a good guy but he works for soros, rockefeller tec.

    watch?v=bO_pRL7JSvo

  • Half Fu*K THAt take all their money...

  • this whole issues over hyped. these people worked for their bonuses. people who don't have jobs with bonuses don't understand that this is WALLSTREET. bonuses make up a huge percent of their salary. its like a tip for a waiter.

  • yeah but if the waiter fucks up you don't tip him...

  • Well AIG should be a insolvent bankrupt company. They don't deserve bonuses, the employees are lucky to be employed.

  • With your money....U DUMB @&*!

  • not with his money, cause he still lives with his mommy and daddy.

  • you're nuts. They get a pay check over $250k a years as well as the bonuses. but only if they make the company money. AIG says they needed the bailout just to stay afloat. When 3/4 of it went to bonuses.

  • "AIG says they needed the bailout just to stay afloat. When 3/4 of it went to bonuses. "

    $170 billion bail out. $175 million bonuses. That's about 0.1% not 3/4.

    Math: check it out!

  • Your not paying attention to the wording. $175 million is but one of the bonuses given. The bonuses are not a set rate for all executives. Each one has they own contract for their own bonus. The lowset being $65 million. The highest being $525 million.

  • AIG needs to pay bonuses to keep their employees. They're not going to just fire such high caliber executives to save money. In the business world you first fire the low employees. There is a reason these people get paid the money they receive. They make up less than 5 percent of the worlds working class and they have worked to be up there.

  • You should get ready for some nasty feedback. You advocate bonuses as a reward for incompetence, that the very people who decimated the financial system are irreplaceable hard working employees? Disgusting. It's sad that you truly believe what you're saying. This is the kind of attitude that created this shameful mess - continue to reward those who became rich & successful by destroying millions of families. You should be ashamed of your ignorance. Go preach this shit to yourself in the closet.

  • It's amazing how all you call me ignorant. Do you not see what the government is doing? This is fucking communism. In times like this, shouldn't Bill Gates get some money taken away? Most of you probably don't understand what it takes to make that money. Not everyone is cut for it so the people who MAKE and LEAD the BUSINESS America should get paid to do what they do. It's funny you blame corps when the Government allows things like that to go on, and now they think they're fixing it.

  • Did Bill Gates take a huge Bonus from taxpayer money? Perhaps this is why people are led to believe you are "ignorant." I would never result to name calling. As for your statements, I disagree but at least know what you mean. Still disagree though.

  • Most of us don't understand "what it takes to make that money"? So if these incompetent, greedy idiots are your version of the "MAKERS and LEADERS of business" you're not ignorant, just already too completely insane to argue with. What a pathetic mess you've made of yourself for spewing this ridiculous palaber. Good luck in therapy at the maximum security wing of your local psychiatric hospital.

  • Hey, come on try to be more logical. Your slanderous responses are only working to create frivolous banter. You know that they are supposed to make the difficult decisions but we must look at this from both a macro and microeconomic and political perspective. Consider that individuals are also accountable for feeling that they should leverage their homes as equity because real estate prices are going up. There were individuals with $30k salaries requesting and accepting $500k mortgages.

  • Also, shrugging our shoulders now would also be illogical. The amount that the executives received is such an insignificant percentage when compared to the bailout package that AIG received.

  • We need to place blame where it belongs. This entire mess came from poor people who had no business buying houses and properties they couldn't afford. The poor became greedy and wanted to get ahead quickly instead of working hard for it like everyone else. The youth of today feel entitled to living the good life without working hard for it the way our parents and grandparents did. Sorry, but the poor are to blame for their own misery. The dems in government helped fueled the flame.

  • I agree that a lot of people are trashed thanks to their own greed. But they don't have their jobs anymore like these AIG dicks. They also don't get taxpayers bail out cash & continue to get bonus checks as a reward for purchasing houses & properites they couldn't afford to begin with. That's what has got everyone so riled up - the blatant corporate greed so shameful and obvious it's pathetic. Wake up, man.

  • I'm just saying in the long run, this move could be costly. 165 million is nothing out of all the billions that the government gave to AIG. My opinion is that removing these bonuses will force these high level employees to leave, putting AIG in a bigger mess than they already are in. I say, lose 165 million and perhaps save billions. After all, isn't that what the stimulus package is designed to do?

  • Seeing you trying to defend this debacle with your logic is absolutely astonishing. What's it feel like to stand in a group and spew this palaber as everyone around you shakes their heads and has a look of disgust mixed with anger on their faces? I guess it's true what P.T. Barnum said - "there's a sucker born every minute".

  • I absolutely understand what you're saying and even the most well-educated executives make mistakes. Every insurance company and general corporation with an investment portfolio and outstanding contracts can expect to lose some earnings, yet with an overall downturn in the economy, these issues augmented the expected losses creating a substantially more significant predicament. Should these executives have received bonuses at such a time? Absolutely not, but that's up to the CEO and board.

  • "Up to the CEO & the board"??? If it was a private company surviving on its own, sure. But AIG isn't anymore. They're the single largest recipient of bailout funds and as far as the law is concerned I'm on the "board" because 80% of AIG is now owned by the taxpayes. But whatever, you just stick to being naive and believe what you want. I don't have any interest in trading words with somone so witless they believe there was nothing wrong with greedy AIG execs receving whore-bonuses.

  • You're not using the right words pig. Everything you've stated is completely frivolous. Watching you cry about these small bonuses is quite droll. How do you obtain voting rights for a public company pig? You buy their stock, there is no indirect ownership. Try to understand the implications of comments so that you can form a more cogent response. I even said that they should not have received bonuses because now is not the time. Well, whatever helps you feel better about your sad, menial life.

  • LOL, well said itwillbealright.

  • itwillbealright should change your name to iwillneverbealright. The devilry these corporate thieves have performed is meaningless next to a clown trying to desperately and sheepishly search for a way to justify it.

  • Well, I think we can all see that you are clearly an illogical individual. Please continue to embarrass yourself while using youtube comments and responses in a desperate and frivolous attempt to feel better about your sad and menial life. I guess you will just have to try and accept that there are individuals who are simply more intelligent than you. Someday the economy will get better and people will continue to make money, but you will always be a moron. Have fun being yourself. Take care.

  • PIG

Point 1:The bailout bill was developed by Nancy and the boys in congress. They knew about the bonus and kept it in.

Point 2:Obama signed the bill into law so he is at fault for not reading it.

Point 3: The consitution expressly forbids congress to enact a law where one group gets taxed more than other groups. So the 90% tax will not hold up in court.

Point 4: New laws are not retroactive. The money was aready paid out, so there is no legal recourse.

  • Point 5: AIG is a pawn in the political storm so democrats can get their tax and spend agenda moved forward.

Ponit 6: If the government let AIG go into bankruptcy restructuring, the courts could have stopped any legal contracts that pay out such bonuses. Instead, the government thought it best to nationalize the banks. A move that they have no experience in enacting.

Point 7: Why do you care about $65 million when the government spends billions in Iraq.

  • Point 1: Yeah? So what!

Point 2: Who gives a shit.

    Point 3: Whatever.

    Point 4: Could care less.

  • Point 5: AIG execs are typical money-grubbing whoring skunks shamelessly bowing to & worshiping the almighty dollar. They are idolaters robed in $2,000 suits, a cancer deliberately eating away at the heart of our nation.

Point 6: Who cares? Use their devil contracts as a snot rag.

Point 7: IT'S $165 MILLION not "$65 million. Could care less if it was $6.50! Its still weak, cowardly, self-serving shitters grinning & slobbering like dogs while greedily scrambling for their whore-bonuses.

  • Well; at least we're now learning just how we need to kick wall street and insurance worker's azzes. Little criminal wimps. Never worked a decent days work in their lives.

  • Man, lots of people kill themselves every year. Why don't these people instead of dying alone in a basement, go out in a blaze of gunfire killing these people who deserve to die. It's a shame

  • While everyone is looking for a scapegoat, the Globalists are pushing harder to bankrupt the USA and the Fiat currency so that they can push their ultimate goal of a New World Order. They are calling for it already. Why isn't there mass protest?

People, If you don't stop these bastards soon it will be all over. The fate of every nation in the hands of a very few powerful people...no borders, money, identity, or culture...just economic debt slavery to private central banks. that is our future

  • Every cent the government gives to the banks and insurance companies belongs to the future generation. They are robbing everyone blind before they crash the dollar!! That money does not belong to corporations or banks!! Not only have they got your mortgage, companies, land, possessions and your pensions, they have begun the enslavement of our children to enormous debt. That is slavery, pure and simple.

Its time to remove these Globalists! And its time for Global civil disobedience!

  • Ya....all us Americans are rich, we drive fancy cars,we wear fancy clothes, no worries. Don't think so! Coporate pigs reap the benefits, and ordinary tax payers take it up tha arse...with no lube mind you!

  • what a mess!! the great nation!!!!!!

  • I blame the politicians, they are the idiots dishing out tons of tax payer money to people that are known for crooked business.

Most tax payers were opposed to giving anyone a dime of tax payer money, but the Gov. did it anyways.

Basically it is the rich taking care of the rich and rubbing the dirt in the working men and women's face ( being Gov & Corporate Exec.)

When Americans realize that our Gov. is a Business owned Gov. and not for the people things will come more into perspective

  • Larry Summers and Tim Geithner need to go. Geithner is responsible for over-sight of the bail-out money. Then, Obama has the audacity to say that his administrations didn't write the contracts of AIG with an arrogant smirk and basically saying his administration won't do anything about the bonuses. If that is not a slap in the face of Americans, I don't know what is! This corrupt Wall St. govt is going to put the U.S so far into debt that the U.S will never get out of it.

  • I thought I was watching the Onion

  • THROW THEM OUT!

    REPLACE THEM WITH

    Wisdom - Understanding - Compassion

BE the CHANGE you want to SEE

  • Our politicians are ethically and patriotically a mess and unbearable

  • Retention Payments! when there re a lot of people out of work out there??

CEO should pay from his salary. We will then see his creativity at work!

  • Our politicians are ethically and patriotically challenged! THIS BAILOUT IS TREASON!

  • You got THAT right!

  • Where are the fraud law's in all this?. The American voters need to be more informed on who there voting for instead of voting for personalities try principle's instead

  • Chriss Dodd, Geithner, and Obama new about this for months.

This is all smoke and mirrors to distract the people from the fact that the stimulus and budget are nothing more than power grabs.

  • go team capitalism!^^

  • Let's make these unique contracts less complicated.. how about AIG does not get any bail out funds?

  • mmm. smell grilled pork

from Ronald McReagan till today they drained common people money hiding behind the false myth of free market and new economy. Now that the ppl money has disappeared I say it's time to kick those old fat asses hard until the money drops off their pockets. Put the heavy boot Obama and go on!

  • Return half!! this is funny.

    Bonuses for being bailed out?

CEO should pay ufrom his salary.

How will unique contracts do if AIG would be let to go down a la Lehman Bros.

  • Chumpchange and grandstanding by congress. We're doing the wrong thing, and when things like this happen we look for scapegoats. Congress has to stop thinking they can fix shit cus they (including the administration) just fuck things up more! With OUR money no less

  • theres a bigger problem than just AIG and the pension. this represent further intrusion into economy by the government, and while most americans want capitalism, they also want to see government involvement. then this might lead to other companies, and a whole trend that can potentially affect the political system. this is a complicated problem n we need to think bout it carefulli~

  • Good insight

  • surprise, surprise...

    Alex

  • More than 100K -- return HALF? Fuck these wallstreet thieves! Most of the politicians are in on this bullshit too!

They're stealing our future and we're not doing shit about it...

  • Dont be fooled into thinking that the taxpayer bailouts were just designed to get the banks lending money again. The situation is much more perilous. Losses continue to be revealed, and Americas banking system is all but bankrupt—kept alive only through taxpayer blood

  • Give them more tax payer money. Why because the American people refuse to take control of there own money.

Freedom is participation in power, without any power your just a peasant.

    ni4d*dot*us

  • Obama an agent of wall street at work.

  • so is your mom but you don't see us bitching abou it on youtube

  • I wish she was, I wouldnt have to work for a living

  • All I can say is we the people are so lucky that John Mccain did not get elected!!!

Warren Buffett said it the best, "Without a doubt we have the best man as President and we need to get behind him"

The Republicans left him with a huge mess and cleaning it up will take a while!

  • I would have loved to see McCain in office more than Obama actually. He would have fucked shit up faster! Then we'd be in possition to impeach. Obama on the other hand will stretch out the problems with his powerful speaking abilities. Let's be honest. They would have done things very similarly. War and economicly they don't differ much.

  • OBAMA IS ALREADY SURROUNDED BY JEWS The fact is Obama is a good and honest leader but sadly he is already SURROUNDED BY ZIONIST JEWS advisers. Those dogs use President Obama as a PUPPET and he has no power to GET RID OF THEM. JEWS ARE CANCER CELLS in the World that need to be eliminated soon. JEWS are TROUBLE MAKERS

  • At Least Half???? FUG YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Having squandered hundreds of BILLIONS of our money, the politicians now pretend to be outraged over one-one-thousandth of that.

What about Franklin Raines and his Life Partner who ran Fannie Mae into the ground -- TRILLIONS of dollars -- and his hundred million in bonuses?
