  • Damn, that's like a repeat of the Cedar Fire.

  • Yup I live here. That was a bad fire but I live in the east county and the cedar fire was WAY worse for us at least. It looks amazing but I feel bad for all of those people.

  • My house burned down in the witch creek fire. It started about two miles from my home. My house was the third one to burn. This was very powerful.

  • I'm very sorry for your loss. I hope all of you were able to escape with no injuries. Although a painful subject, I was honored to have captured it in the perspective I did. God bless you.

  • Wow!!! Just wow!!! I live in Canada and i've never seen anything like this!!! Just Wow!!!

  • exaclty 4 years after cedar fire was definetly hell vs heaven

  • the fire came a half mile from my house but didnt make it. thanx for the video

  • these fires could have been much worse than those 4 years ago.....I live in Escondido it got close but thank god it stopped...

  • San Diego is beautiful...stupid wild fire ruined it all..like the video said.. God speed to all of the people affected by the fire.

  • Wow! I live in Orange County a couple of miles away from the Santiago fire and the last few days have been soo terrifying!!! I could smell the fire each time I step outside, the sky is sooo dark of smoke and the air is soo thick. Every morning there's a thin layer of debris on my car's windshield from the fire... I thank God that this didn't happen near my home. I do however feel soooo sad for the people that lost their homes... may God be with you all. GBU!!!!!!

  • thank you so much for this video. i wish you the best of luck down there.

  • Thanks for posting this. This is exactly what it felt like along the coast Monday. It was eerie and frightening and, of course, beautiful at the same time. San Diego is such a beautiful place though, even during a tragedy. That is why people continue to live here and rebuild. We have a deep appreciation and love for our communities here and will pull together and get through this. Thank the firefighters when you see them and all the volunteers.

  • i feel sorry for the people who passed away because of this tragedy, im from the philippine for the people who are still suffering from fire, just pray for the God and thank him, that all of you has a life to survive.

  • i live in anaheim... and we are all effected by the fire's we feel for u?? the weather is terible.. is it cause of the fire's??.. i think so..

  • I am in Pacific Beach and I can barely breathe because its so smoky.

  • nice. Why am I working in this shit. Noce Sets!

  • Thank you Lisa :) I'm sorry for your loved ones loss. I hope they are safe at least.

  • yes they are safe. thanks. they were here in idaho when they received a call from a neighbor that it was all gone. all they have left is what was packed in their suitcases. i have only been living in idaho for two years so i was there during the fires in 2003. but i really feel helpless up here. i have friends and family all over san diego. i am proud to hear the reports of how well things are being handled. hang tight down there! lisa
