  • Sorry if the "pronunciation" of rapala is wrong.

  • I've caught like a six inch rock bass before.

  • The only thing good about this video, he's wearing a Detroit Red Wings t-shirt! Haha.. Lol... Nice video..

  • if you ever get near Englewood / Dayton, you should fish the Stillwater. The rock bass there are incredible

  • Mini Kings are my favorite spinner bait black and blue is best colors along with white, and chartreuse.

  • Beetlespins XD

  • not to be mean but....you do know rapala is pronounced ruh-pawl-uh. (as close as i could get it without fancy letter)

  • Rooster tailsare very good trout lures. I also caught a 5.6 pound bluegill in a pond in Texas on a panther?I think it was a panther rooster but I usually use crank baits. Nice rock bass, I caught a monster rock bass in Paintsville lake that was 10 inches. I also have a question, where is this creek?

  • good vid,bad grammar on rapala

  • I usually catch trout on rooster tails...big rainbow trout. You ever used a Strike King bitsy pond minnow?

  • i caught a 3 pound rock bass go to my profile and look at it

  • Nice job fishing! I should try creek fishing one day. Does anyone else think these rock bass look like bluegills???

  • @Animal2Fish0 yeah they do...some people say rock bass basically evolved from bass mixing with bluegill,bream,croppie...and fish of that sort

  • You spelled crappie wrong.

  • moneyman13ify. Your stupid. You spelled "croppie' wrong its supposed to be this. crappie, freaking genius. Thats kind of moronic. You probobaly want me to spell that out to you, it means your a MORON!

  • cool we both have the same rooster tail

  • I've caught rock bass on minnows, jigs,& worms in a little lake where crappies,

green sunfish and bluegills are biting. The creek I fish haven't caught any rock bass but will try using crankbaits this season.

  • What kind and size was that rooster tail bait?????:)

  • @ipodfishingreview Just an orange and green rooster tail. Not exactly sure what size, but it is a great lure.

  • nice catches

  • It's fun to fly fish small streams like that. Nice video.

  • you called it a rap-uh-la when its pronunced ra-paul-a

  • do you ever fly fish ?

  • @growingbig1 Yeah, a little.

  • @YoungAngler11 you should try rebel crawfish

  • Rooster tails are one of my favorite lures 2 use man.

  • @EGOTTLIEB12 Me too.

  • ive caught a 3.5 in baby bass on a rooster tail before lol

  • Rock bass also called gogaleye.

  • ive caught way bigger with just using a bobber sinker and worm

  • @brendanlovesgabbie Yeah, I have gotten bigger too. This creek isn't full with very big ones, but they are fun too catch.

  • nice rockbass and creek you shuold checkout the vids of this small creek i found by my house and some of the monster brown trout that happened to lurk in there

  • nice fish man check out my pike fishing video XD

  • Looks like fun, are those rock bass also called warmouth? I've heard green sunfish and warmouth referred to as rock bass.

  • @txhunter89 No, I haven't heard rock bass also be called warmouth. I am pretty sure that they are two different species.

  • @txhunter89 if you are going to comment on fishing videos it would help if you knew what you are talking about . Rock Bass are also known as Goggle Eye

  • @txhunter89 warmouth are a type of bream that are orange and green, also known as sunfish or shellcrackers

  • nice fishing looks fun.

  • cool vid keep up the good work

  • @16ftsprint Thanks, I will.

  • Ah, creek fishing... got a small creek that runs behind my house I like to fish every once in a while. Lots of smallmouth in it and warmouth. Nothing beats having a creek to yourself for fishing. Thumbs up.

  • @KentuckyAnglers Thanks!!

  • Again, very good fishing video. I was at a cottage yesterday and hooked a monster smallmouth bass. I am so mad, because I still haven't caught a pike, and I hooked 2 of em and lost them both! One snapped the line and the other threw the hook.

  • @TurokGaming I hate it when that happens. I recently lost a big bass. It snapped my line right when it was next to the dock. I saw it swimming away with my jitterbug.

  • @YoungAngler11 Well, actually, I don't think it was because of the pike's weight, I'm sure it was the teeth of it.

  • @TurokGaming Yeah, sometimes their teeth might cut the line.

  • nice video :) the rock bass are super aggresive when the water is warm! i caught them on crank baits, spinners, jigs, you name it lol :)

  • @FishingThePNW I know. They are willing to get anything during the summer months.

  • dude that black and blue lil spinnerbait you used is the shit

  • Nice video and nice fishing

  • Good video. Keep running that dog.

  • @oranse Thanks.

  • the fish are smaller than the ones at my pond

  • @fisherman2422 The Rock Bass?

  • i dont no why but i never catch fish, i went fishing for 5 hours and caught nothing

    plz help

  • @thefishinginHS What were you trying to fish for?

  • @YoungAngler11 catfish and bass,

i used power bait meant for catfish and i used this Christmas tree worm

  • @thefishinginHS I wouldn't really go with a powerbait worm for catfish. The Christmas tree worm has worked for me with bass though. If you're fishing for catfish baits like, live nightcrawlers, cut bait, corn, bread, hotdogs (small cut pieces), all work for me and are good for catfish.

  • @YoungAngler11 Color is essential on certain type of day and how clear/dirty the water is too.

  • @Moe7133 Yep, it is. If it is a clear pond/lake with clear water and lots of vegetation, topwater fishing (for bass) would be a good choice.

  • @Moe7133 Color is an important factor.

  • @YoungAngler11 Your doing well kid, keep it up.

  • @YoungAngler11 thanks

im just going to do some bluegill fishing for fun tommorow,

going to post the fishing day.

    thanks again

  • nice!

  • nice, rock bass are good fighters for their size

  • @muskymatt111 They are pretty good fighters. Fun to catch.

  • You are doing what I loved doing as a kid. Fishing small creeks was so much fun! I would wade down a creek and often catch the biggest rock bass (Goggle Eye) and other fish in the deeper holes. Those small creeks have lots of fish which love to bite something!

  • That creek must be full of rockbass. Great job.

    Thumbs up.

  • @Fishnwithjoe Yeah, it has a lot of rock bass. Thanks!

  • nice fish, i wish i had creeks or ponds near me

  • Nice little rock bass

  • all of your videos at these small creeks makes me want to fish in creeks near my house... I never thought there would be fish in these small bodies of water!!

  • @ATeamAnglers Yeah, you would be surprised at the variety of life that some creeks have to offer, including fish.
