  • I am allergic to Gluten. I made this. They came out very good, crispy and yummy. These pooris can be eaten even by themselves a s a snack. They are very tasty. Thanks, Sushmaji !!

  • Even Alabama must have Ralph/s Lucky's Safeway - general grocery stores. Everyone in the US. makes cakes - so check for wheat flour in the cake aisle.

  • Thank you for this thoughtful gluten-free recipe - is the texture nice and crispy-very crunchy like the coarse suji gol guppe ? There are others with just wheat atta versions and wheat atta -fine suji versions which do not have the perfect crispy-crunch.

    Yes, the texture is is crisp like the ones you have eaten on streets.

    Try and let us know the results. We tried a lot and then came up with combination of flour to make them crisp and crunchy.
