The stage design is distracting. Floor is too bright blue. You can't see the dancers/dancing too well. It seems too many Chinese stage design are like that. Too much bright vulgar color too distracting. It make the performers disappearing. Very bad taste.
I agree with you. This is the area that China needs to improve. They have excellent dancers but the stage design doesn't help bring out the total effect of the performance. She is very well known ballet dancer intertionally.
