Yeah rx8's fail lol.... a base model mtx civic is as fast :P Mazda messed up going from the almighty rx7 to the heavy, slow crappy rx8.... it is a nice car though. But 4 door. And slow.

lmao probe wasn't even trying. probe guns it, takes a half car length, let's off, drops back, and does the same thing 4 or 5 times, you got ownt man, just admit it.

Mazda Rx-8's Top speed is 148mph. The Non jdm Probe GT does about 140mph stock.

Rx8 is a 6 speed with 232Hp.

Probe is a 5 speed with 164Hp.

So yeah... just imagane the JDM KLZE is about 200 Hp. So i'm not surprised the Probe Pulled on the Rx-8. Rx-8's aren't made to be fast in the straight line. Go buy something else if thats what you want to do.

and my car (the one in the VID) was NOT a full JDM motor. i was missing the cams. a real klze would murder this rx8.

if you listen carefully the probe was toying with him.... big mistake by the probe.. makes him look like he was having trouble pulling.

i think there is cameras in that little bridge thats why i let him go first. i saw them flashing and thats why there was cop sirens after the race. any way i wouldnt do it again lol.

Funny! They get all excited for beating a probe by a foot. Someone should have told him he wasted his $25,000. The RX8 doesnt sound/look stock either so its even funnier that a 240hp car lost to a 195hp car with less top speed gearing heh.

shut the hell up. I got a hard ass clutch set up. its almost like shifting with no synchros. and it grinds if i powershift from 2nd to 3rd so get over it

Either way, why would the rx8 driver cheer like he beat a Ferrari, when he (at best) tied up a 14 year old ford probe? Nice victory!

Sounded/looked to me that the Probe driver couldn't keep his car in it's powerband and kept falling behind on every shift, making up the gap at the top of the gear, then repeating the cycle on every shift. :shrug:

oh so all those times that he was pulling up and then he dropped behind a little was him letting off the gas? i highly doubt that, its more like the gear ratios of each car, the race was supposed to end at the tunnel but someone let off first and like i said i was doing 136 mph in 4th gear going into 5th. not quite sure that a probe can do that but thats cool if you think so

ur an idiot. r u deaf as well? I let off the gas , u can clearly hear it. My motor relines at 8500 and i had way more power left. and besides i wasnt even on the bottle. uv been probed son :) dont pick on the shitty looking cars next time
