Love this horse!! I knew Conduit could win the 08' Breeders Cup Turf when I saw him stay 1-3/4 to win the G1 St. Leger at Doncaster. His first G1 win. He weaved all over the track at Doncaster that day, and still managed to hold off the 2 fillies closing on him, Unsung Heroine and Look Here, by 3+ length's!! Not a doubt in my mind, as weak as the 2010 B.C. Turf field was, had Sir Michael Stoute brought Conduit to Churchill Downs that he would've been a 3-time winner of this race, IMO.

Now Sea the Stars absolutely crushed Conduit in the Arc the Following Year, so just imagine what he would have done to the 2009 field, or the Classic field?..........And Conduit is a very very classy colt.

kevin shea is a great jockey.. i saw him riding when he was in mauritius.. he made an 8 years old gelding win 7 times in a row riding hands and heels.. no whip.

Conduit for me is the favourite for The Arc next November I think this is the plan, and I think they will send Tartan Bearer to Epsom. They may send both to The Arc with Kieran Fallon picking up the ride on Tartan Bearer that would be something.

Look im not a hater but you have to agree with me here and i can't believe he called soldier of fortune for 3RD, when it was a clear photo. Im telling you know a days trevor is really the luckiest race caller in the game! Saying SOLDIER OF FORTUNE WAS 3RD LOL!!! No sense in talking cause he probably will still call the races next year but WOW the guy better get in shape with eyes ears and his voice.

He ran on Derby day. Won a 10f handicap by 6 lengths. Same owners finished second in derby with Tartan Bearer.

When Conduit was a foal, it's mare died, and when they found Conduit it was in severe distress and urgently needed a new feed or it would have died, and in the end look at him, he has turned into a galloping monster who can have a chance at the 2009 Arc.

I backed Conduit for the Leger, Frankie Dettori showed Ryan Moore how to ride Conduit and Moore looked like he learned from that run, other races Moore gave Conduit too much to do.

The horse with the best ride won fair and square =] I've watched this race more than 15 times, and I'm still utterly amazed at the stupidity of Murtagh's ride on Soldier of Fortune. His 2nd quarter went in 22 and change, how he could expect him to stay after that is beyond me.
