@MyLastSiege They're the same thing, just different names. The progression is not different.

@a1s8k0 Kong and Monkey = Different...In the kong you Dive and then do monkey in mid-air

@devilloader There's no practical reason to have different names. The movement [both variations] is called "saut de chat" in French, which translates roughly to "jump of cat" or "cat jump." Some English speakers call it cat pass, which is more similar to the translation of the original French name.

@kakaruuzumaki thats true, this is a basic step really, ive had trouble with precision kongs bieng that i dont have anything soft to land on but there really isnt much technique to this, although i always try to develop my skills

How to do a nice split foot take off?? Some people say use one leg and lift it up to bring your hips up, others say to use both legs to kick up. i've tried both and still hard. who can give me a detailed instructions on how to do it.
