I am brazilian and I perceive her accent.

However, her accent doesn't hide the colors of her interpretation. I did know this song is familiar to the Philippines. Lanca perfume has double meaning a) break your charm free ( unleash your charm )

b) a slang for drug consuming.

Sitti is great, but she has an American accent when singing this, which doesn't make sense since Portuguese has the same enunciations as Tagalog, she should pronounce her "t"s and "u"s as if she's speaking Tagalog

by the way, i just want to help, it's constructive criticism, i think she's great by the way and very beautiful, but the t's should be pronounced like it is in tagalog, with a soft 't' not with an american accent like she's doing, and "sapato" she says it with an american accent again, which is kind of annoying since it should be so easy for her to say that since it's pronounced as it is in Tagalog, sapato, but she's trying to have an american accent on a portuguese song, why?

You just answered your own question honey. If you're a Filipina who knows good command of the English language, then obviuosly yould would also inherit the americanized accent.
