the problem with these so called "hot Thais" is that most are Chinese descent or mix with western blood. there are some Thais in that clip but not much. just like the Philippines, Thais have a complex about white skin. if you are white complected you are appearing on TV. just sad. they should embraced all skin color regardless of racial background.

Most nationalities do so as well. Just go to China, India, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc. etc. etc. and you will find shelves full of "whitening" products. In addition, celebrities from other countries are also complimented for having "porcelain" skin, and some go as far as having plastic surgery to achieve it.
