DSiWare is non-transferable between two different DSi's. So if I give my friend my SD Card and he copys some DSiWare to it, and I put the SD Card in my DSi, I cannot get the DSiWare into my DSi. You can only transfer DSiWare to a Nintendo 3DS by downloading the Nintendo 3DS Transfer Tool.
