Super Junior-M consists of Siwon, Donghae, Ryeowook, Kyuhyun and another 2 members which is not from Super Junior is Henry and Zhou mi. But Suju has now currently only 11 members as Hankyung is now a solo and Kang-in is in the army. From what i know, Kibum is now back with Super Junior but don't know if it's true or not.
