The fine part is fine. :D But the TV license is for the BBC who do not make money through advertisement in the UK. I went to the USA a few times and having a commercial every 12 minutes while watching TV was very frustrating.

@ACoustaDC We do have armed police, including tasers. But the officers allowed to use them are given extra training.
Also the batons they have are extremely effective when used properly and we have far less gun crime in the UK so the heavy handed tactics are needed less often.

I tried that too and just like you, it didn't work. The cop claimed that a bicycle refers to the non motorized versio, and bike, even if says bicycle, is actually a motor bike. So I got screwed, next day I took a pocket bike in the bus lane. LOL. I wont say how that turned out.

@ggmann13 "Yank" is a slang term for American. I happen to find it offensive. It's along the same lines of me calling a Mexican a "beaner" or "wetback". The author of the video seemed like a down to earth guy but ruined it with the whole "yank" bit.

@ACoustaDC We do have armed police, including tasers. But the officers allowed to use them are given extra training.
Also the batons they have are extremely effective when used properly and we have far less gun crime in the UK so the heavy handed tactics are needed less often.
I am petrified of coming to the US and would never drive there as the thought of being stopped at gun point scares me silly.

Transit or bus lanes should be also mandated for motorcycles. It stands to reason. Wait till marshall law is declared, like soon in the U.S. so Obama doesn't have to hold elections.
